Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態による磁性体シートは、フェライトシートと、上記フェライトシートの上部に形成された高分子樹脂及び金属粉末を含む金属シートと、上記フェライトシートと上記金属シートとの間に挿入された接着フィルムと、を含むことができる。

Claims (13)
- フェライトシートと、
前記フェライトシートの上部に配置され、前記フェライトシートの変形時に柔軟にさせ、高分子樹脂及び金属粉末を含む金属シートと、
前記フェライトシートと前記金属シートとの間に挿入された接着フィルムと、を含む、磁性体シート。 - 前記フェライトシートは、NiZnCu又はMnZnを含む、請求項1に記載の磁性体シート。
- 前記金属粉末は、鉄、アルミニウム、シリコン、コバルト及び亜鉛のうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の磁性体シート。
- 前記金属粉末は、センダスト(Fe‐Si‐Al alloy)系、パーマロイ(Permalloy)系、及び非晶質系の高透磁率材料のうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の磁性体シート。
- 前記高分子樹脂は、塩素化ポリエチレン(Chlorinated PolyEthylene)、ポリプロピレン(PolyPropylene)、天然ゴム、ニトリルブタジエン(Nitrile Butadiene Rubber)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PolyVinyl Chloride)、ポリイミド(Polyimide)系及びポリエステル(Polyester)系の樹脂のうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の磁性体シート。
- 前記磁性体シートの厚さは0.1mm〜0.5mmである、請求項1に記載の磁性体シート。
- 無接点電力伝送装置で発生した誘導磁界を受けて電源を発生させるコイル部と、
前記コイル部の上部に位置しており、フェライトシートと、前記フェライトシートの上部に配置され、高分子樹脂及び金属粉末を含む金属シートと、前記フェライトシートと前記金属シートとの間に挿入された接着フィルムと、で構成された磁性体シートを含むシールド部と、
前記コイル部で発生した電源を出力し、前記シールド部の上部に位置する電源出力部と、を含む、無接点電力伝送装置。 - 前記電源出力部は、充放電が可能な二次電池を含む、請求項7に記載の無接点電力伝送装置。
- 前記フェライトシートは、NiZnCu又はMnZnである、請求項7に記載の無接点電力伝送装置。
- 前記金属粉末は、鉄、アルミニウム、シリコン、コバルト及び亜鉛のうち少なくとも一つである、請求項7に記載の無接点電力伝送装置。
- 前記金属粉末は、センダスト(Fe‐Si‐Al alloy)系、パーマロイ(Permalloy)系、及び非晶質系の高透磁率材料のうち少なくとも一つである、請求項7に記載の無接点電力伝送装置。

- 前記磁性体シートの厚さは0.1mm〜0.5mmである、請求項7に記載の無接点電力伝送装置。
