Abstract
【解決手段】一対のパワードライブユニット68が並列配置され、一対のパワードライブユニット68の相互に対向する側の側面に、それらのパワードライブユニット68の並列方向と直交する方向で平行に延びる複数の冷却フィン69aを有するヒートシンク69が個別にそれぞれ取付けられ、一対のパワードライブユニット68間の空間を前記並列方向に沿う両端で閉じる導風部材85に一体に形成されて一対のヒートシンク69間に配置される隔壁部85aと、一対のパワードライブユニット68との間に、冷却フィン69aの延出方向に冷却空気を流通させるようにしてヒートシンク69を個別に収容する一対の導風通路87が形成される。

Claims (6)
- 駆動輪(WR)を駆動する動力を発揮する一対の電動モータ(48)と、それらの電動モータ(48)に個別に対応した一対のパワードライブユニット(68)とを備える電動車両において、一対の前記パワードライブユニット(68)が並列配置され、一対の前記パワードライブユニット(68)の相互に対向する側の側面に、それらのパワードライブユニット(68)の並列方向と直交する方向で平行に延びる複数の冷却フィン(69a)を有するヒートシンク(69)が個別にそれぞれ取付けられ、一対の前記パワードライブユニット(68)間の空間を前記並列方向に沿う両端で閉じる導風部材(85)に一体に形成されて一対のヒートシンク(69)間に配置される隔壁部(85a)と、一対の前記パワードライブユニット(68)との間に、前記冷却フィン(69a)の延出方向に冷却空気を流通させるようにして前記ヒートシンク(69)を個別に収容する一対の導風通路(87)が形成されることを特徴とする電動車両。
- 前記導風通路(87)内にその一端部から冷却用空気を吹き込む冷却ファン(88)が、前記導風部材(85)に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動車両。
- 一対の前記隔壁部(85a)が、一対の前記導風通路(87)とは独立した空気通路(90)を一対の前記隔壁部(85a)間に形成するようにして前記導風部材(85)に一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電動車両。
- 上下方向に平行に延びる複数の前記冷却フィン(69a)を有する一対の前記ヒートシンク(69)を個別に収容する一対の前記導風通路(87)内を、冷却空気を上方に向けて流通させるようにして前記冷却ファン(88)が前記導風部材(85)の下端部に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電動車両。
- 車体フレーム(F)が、キャビン構成部(11)と、該キャビン構成部(11)から後方に延びる左右一対のフレーム部材(35)とを備え、一対の前記フレーム部材(35)に固着されて車幅方向に延びる後輪支持フレーム(37)の両端部に、一対の前記駆動輪である左右の後輪(WR)を懸架するようにして外側方に延びる懸架アーム(38)がそれぞれ揺動可能に支持され、一対の前記パワードライブユニット(68)が、平面視で一対の前記フレーム部材(35)間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電動車両。
- 前記電動モータ(48)をそれぞれ含む一対の駆動ユニット(50)が前記後輪(WR)を軸支するナックル(43)に支持され、一対の前記パワードライブユニット(68)が、前記駆動ユニット(50)の上端および下端を通る水平面(PA,PB)間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の電動車両。
