Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a dishwashing detergent composition that exhibits a high detergency against firmly adhered dirt and is useful as a detergent composition for an automatic dishwasher, and a dishwashing method using the same.
Dirts in which lipids and proteins are complex, such as semi-boiled egg yolks, are firmly fixed to the tableware when dried, and are difficult to wash with an automatic dishwasher. Therefore, when washing such stains with an automatic dishwasher, pretreatment such as pre-immersing the dishes in water or lightly washing the hands is necessary, which is troublesome.
Therefore, it is desired to develop a cleaning agent for an automatic dishwashing machine that can remove dirt without performing such a laborious pretreatment.
In recent years, a lot of organic chelating agents with good biodegradability have been blended in detergents for automatic dishwashers from the viewpoint of environmental considerations. Examples of the organic chelating agent include glycine-N, N-diacetic acid derivatives (hereinafter also referred to as “GDA”). This GDA is a cleaning base having good biodegradability and high chelating performance. For these reasons, GDA is attracting attention as a material for reducing the amount of surfactant used (see Patent Document 1).
Patent Document 2 discloses a mixture of a hydrophobically modified polycarboxylate and a hydrophilically modified polycarboxylate, a complexing agent, a low-foaming nonionic surfactant, a bleach, and a builder. Cleaning preparations containing enzymes, etc. are described. Thus, this cited document 2 describes GDA as one kind of complexing agent.
The cleaning agent described in Patent Document 2 is intended to suppress the formation of water spots, and no study has been made on the cleaning power against dirt in which lipids and proteins are combined. Patent Document 2 only describes GDA as a kind of complexing agent, and the relationship between GDA and detergency and the blending amount thereof have not been sufficiently studied.
The present invention relates to a dishwashing detergent composition exhibiting excellent cleaning performance against dirt (hereinafter also referred to as “composite dirt”) in which lipid and protein are complexed and dried and firmly adhered to the surface of the dish. Provided is a method for cleaning dishes using the same.
