Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heat treatment apparatus, and more specifically to a heat treatment apparatus that can be used for treatment of a lesion such as a cancer cell or a bacterial infection part of a tooth.
Cancer cells are known to die at temperatures of about 42 ° C. Therefore, the treatment which selectively heats the lesion part with a cancer cell conventionally is performed.
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 09-646 discloses a therapeutic induction heating apparatus. The therapeutic induction heating device applies an alternating magnetic field to a subject in a state where a magnetic substance binding agent in which a magnetic substance is bound to a drug that specifically reacts with a specific target in the subject is injected into the subject. Then, the magnetic substance binding agent in the subject is heated.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-290351 discloses a heating element in which a ligand that selectively binds to cancer cells is attached to a heating element made of a material that generates heat by electromagnetic induction, and the heating element is composed of cancer cells of a treatment object. An induction heating means for irradiating the heating element with an electromagnetic wave having a frequency of 50 Hz to 3 Hz and an output of 50 W to 100 kW for 1 second or more and 20 minutes or less in a state where the heating element is coupled to the affected area; A therapeutic device is disclosed.
In the treatment apparatuses described in
In addition, in the induction heating from the outside, since the heating region is determined depending on the distribution state of the magnetic substance binding agent and the heating element, the entire lesion (affected part) may not be heated sufficiently. On the other hand, in the case of a local lesion, there is a risk that the area around the lesion will be heated more than necessary.
The object of the present invention is to reduce or eliminate the above-mentioned problems of the prior art. Specifically, the lesion part such as a cancer cell or a bacterial infection part of a tooth is directly heated to kill the lesion part. It is to destroy and heal.
The present invention provides a heat treatment device. The heating treatment apparatus includes an injection part for injecting a metal lake solution into a lesion part, and a heating part for directly heating the injected metal lake solution with a high-frequency current, and the heating part uses the metal lake solution. And boiled to kill lesions (such as cancer cells and bacterial infections of teeth).
According to the present invention, since the metal lake solution injected into the lesion is directly heated and boiled, the lesion and the vicinity thereof can be completely heated to reliably kill the lesion.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the metal lake solution includes an aluminum lake, and the heating unit includes an electric knife.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a lesion is heated using an aluminum lake that is used as a food colorant, so there is no adverse effect on the human body. In addition, by using an electric knife having a fine tip as the heating unit, even a small amount of aluminum rake injected toward a minute lesion can be reliably heated.
In one aspect of the present invention, the heat treatment apparatus includes a suction unit for collecting the metal rake solution after boiling, a second injection unit for injecting a coolant into the lesion unit, a lesion unit and its vicinity. An imaging unit for imaging, and a temperature detection unit that detects the temperature of the lesion and its vicinity are further provided.
According to one aspect of the present invention, it is possible to minimize the adverse effects of heating on the human body by collecting the metal lake solution after the lesion treatment and cooling the vicinity of the lesion. In addition, while monitoring the image and temperature of the lesion, it is possible to appropriately control the injection amount of the metal lake solution, the amount of high-frequency current applied to the heating unit, the application time, and the like according to the state of the lesion. .
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a functional block diagram showing the configuration of the
The
The
The
The suction unit 3 is connected to the collection tank in the
The
The

An application example of the heat treatment apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an application example to cancer treatment. The
After confirming that the cancer cells in the
