Description
本発明に係る方法の上述した実施形態の何れかによって製造されたバッテリー電極を含むバッテリーが、本発明の別の観点として特定される。
Claims (10)
- 集電基板(60)上に塗膜(70)を形成するステップ(S100)と、
レーザーアブレーションによって前記塗膜(70)を除去して少なくとも一つのアレスタ(arrester)領域(40)を形成するステップ(S200)と、を含む、バッテリー電極を製造する方法。 - 前記塗膜(70)は、連続コーティング法で、前記集電基板(60)の両面、及び/又は前記集電基板(60)の全表面に塗りつけられている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくともひとつのアレスタ領域(40)は、前記集電基板(60)の少なくとも一面上にレーザーアブレーションによって形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記集電基板(60)の層は、前記アレスタ領域(40)の生成の間、前記アレスタ領域(40)でのレーザーアブレーションによって除去されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記アレスタ領域(40)が形成された直後に、連結つまみ(50)によって前記アレスタ領域(40)に前記集電基板(60)との接点が生成される(S500)、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- バッテリー電極を製造する前記方法は、レーザー切断(S400)によって、バッテリー電極、及び/又は前記被覆された集電基板から切り取りを切断するステップを更に含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記アレスタ領域(40)、及び/又はバッテリー電極は、実質的に、円形、環状、長方形、三角形、又は任意の好適な形に、又はそれらの切り取りとして形成されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- レーザーアブレーションの間(S300)、及び/又はレーザー切断の間(S400)、前記集電基板(60)上にプロセスガス(process gas)が吹きつけられている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 集電基板(60)と、
集電基板(60)上の塗膜(70)と、
レーザーアブレーションによって前記塗膜(70)を除去して形成された少なくとも一つのアレスタ(arrester)領域(40)と、
を備えるバッテリー電極。 - 請求項9に記載のバッテリー電極を含む、バッテリー。
