Description
また、鉄系粉末製造時には成形性に悪影響を及ぼす炭素(C)、酸素(O)、窒素(N)、硫黄(S)、及びリン(P)などの不純物の最小化によって、鉄系粉末の高清浄度を維持するのが大変重要である。
Claims (8)
- 鉄系粉末の製造方法において、
製銑工程及び製鋼工程によって製造された鉄系の溶鋼をタンディッシュに提供する段階と、
前記タンディッシュに連結されたノズルを通して排出される前記溶鋼に水噴射する段階とを含むことを特徴とする、鉄系粉末の製造方法。 - 前記製鋼工程は、前記製銑工程で出銑された鎔銑を鎔銑予備処理せずに転炉に装入して精錬することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鉄系粉末の製造方法。
- 前記転炉に装入する前に、前記鎔銑の温度範囲は1、250℃〜1、450℃、硫黄(S)の含有量は0.005wt%〜0.1wt%であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の鉄系粉末の製造方法。
- 前記タンディッシュに提供される前に、前記溶鋼に含まれている硫黄(S)の含有量が0.1wt%〜0.2wt%となるように前記溶鋼に硫黄含有物質を添加する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鉄系粉末の製造方法。
- 前記製鋼工程によって精練された溶鋼は、炭素(C)の含有量が0.001wt%〜0.1wt%、リン(P)の含有量が0.001wt%〜0.02wt%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鉄系粉末の製造方法。
- 前記水噴射によって製造された鉄系粉末を脱水、乾燥、及び還元熱処理する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鉄系粉末の製造方法。
- 前記還元熱処理は、前記水噴射によって液滴に分離されて冷却された鉄系粉末を、600℃〜1、200℃の還元性雰囲気で反応させることによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の鉄系粉末の製造方法。
- 前記還元熱処理後に前記鉄系粉末の硫黄(S)の平均含有量が0.01wt%を超える場合、前記還元熱処理を繰り返して行うことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の鉄系粉末の製造方法。
