Claims (9)
- それぞれ陰極タブ111aおよび陽極タブ111bからなる一対のタブ111を有する複数個のセル110が配列されてなるバッテリー100であって、
前記タブ111は、板形状に形成され、前記セル110の一側に前記陰極タブ111aの板面と前記陽極タブ111bの板面が互いに平行に対向するように突出して形成され、
前記セル110は、一つのセル110の陰極タブ111aの板面と前記一つのセル110から最も近い位置のセル110の陽極タブ111bの板面が互いに平行に対向するように少なくとも一つ以上の列をなして配置され、
前記セル110の間には前記セル110の位置を固定支持する支持部材120が介在し、
前記支持部材120の上面には電気伝導体からなるターミナル130が配置され、前記セル110の一対の前記タブ111または前記ターミナル130の両側端部131が折り曲げられて、前記ターミナル130が対応するタブ111と抵抗溶接Sによって結合されることを特徴とする、抵抗溶接によるセルタブ連結構造を有するバッテリー。 - 前記タブ111が突出した側をタブ側とすると、
前記セル110の一対の前記タブ111が、それぞれ外側に折り曲げられて前記セル110の間に介在した支持部材120のタブ側の面に配置された前記ターミナル130に密着した状態で、抵抗溶接Sによって結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の抵抗溶接によるセルタブ連結構造を有するバッテリー。 - 前記タブ111が突出した側をタブ側とすると、
前記セル110の間に介在した支持部材120のタブ側の面に配置された前記ターミナル130の両側端部131が、タブ側方向に折り曲げられて前記タブ111に密着した状態で、抵抗溶接Sによって前記タブ111に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の抵抗溶接によるセルタブ連結構造を有するバッテリー。 - 前記ターミナル130は、溶融点が600℃以上の金属からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の抵抗溶接によるセルタブ連結構造を有するバッテリー。
- 前記ターミナル130は、溶融点が600℃以下の金属でメッキされていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の抵抗溶接によるセルタブ連結構造を有するバッテリー。
- 前記ターミナル130は、前記セル110の電圧センシングに用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の抵抗溶接によるセルタブ連結構造を有するバッテリー。
- 前記ターミナル130は、板形状からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の抵抗溶接によるセルタブ連結構造を有するバッテリー。
- 前記支持部材120は、電気絶縁材質からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の抵抗溶接によるセルタブ連結構造を有するバッテリー。
- 前記タブ111または前記ターミナル130の側端部の折り曲げ角度は90゜であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の抵抗溶接によるセルタブ連結構造を有するバッテリー。
