Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 光沢がある外観および艶消しされた外観を有する表面を作り出す、部品を処理する方法であって、銅の第一層および金属を含む第二層であらかじめコーティングされた前記表面上で前記第二層の選択的エッチングが行なわれ、前記第二層の前記選択的エッチングが前記部品の他の部位に対して艶消しされるエリアに応じて行なわれる、方法。
- 前記選択的エッチングが、前記表面を渡って望ましいエリアを艶消しするレーザーを用いて行なわれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザーが、波長が1064nmで出力が100WのYagレーザーである請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記選択的エッチングが化学的に行なわれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エッチングの前に、光沢がなければならない前記表面をマスクするコーティングが適用され、前記エッチングが保護されていないエリアについて行なわれ、前記マスクがその後溶媒で溶解される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記選択的エッチングが、前記艶消しされるエリアにスクレイピングによって物理的に行なわれ、光沢がなければならない前記表面が保護される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第二層がニッケルを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第二層がニッケルの下位層およびクロムの別の上位層を順番に備え、前記選択的エッチングが前記クロムの層に生じる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記クロムの層の前記選択的エッチングが前記ニッケルの下位層に達するまで行なわれる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記クロムが電気分解によって堆積される、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 前記クロムがPVDによって堆積される、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 前記選択的エッチングが行なわれた後に、非腐食性金属の別の層がPVDによって前記表面に適用される、請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記腐食性金属がZr、Cr、Au、Pt、Rt、Inまたはスチールのうちの1つかまたは組合せである、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記選択的エッチングが行なわれた後に、クロムの更なる層が電気分解によって前記表面上に適用される、請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記部品がプラスチック材料で作られている、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記部品が金属で作られている、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
