Claims (4)
- ペース配分された流れで板状要素(10)を連続するステーション(3、4、5)内に搬送するコンベヤ(30)の複数の把持部材(31)内にこれらの板状要素(10)を配置するための給送器(20)を含み、該給送器(20)には固定装置(21)が設けられ、該給送器(20)が計算及び制御ユニット(40)によって駆動される加工機械(1)内に板状要素(10)を配置する方法であって、
各板状要素(10)の前進中に、
前記板状要素(10)の前縁又は後縁を検出することにより、理論上の位置に対する該板状要素(10)の長手方向配置誤差及び斜め配置誤差を測定すること、
前記測定された長手方向配置誤差及び前記斜め配置誤差に従って給送器(20)を制御すること、
前記板状要素(10)を前記給送器(20)に取り付けるために固定装置(21)を作動させること、
前記板状要素(10)上に印刷された位置合わせマーク(12)を検出することにより、理論上の位置に対する、前記給送器(20)に取り付けられた該板状要素(10)の前記長手方向配置誤差、横断方向配置誤差、及び前記斜め配置誤差を測定すること、及び
前記給送器(10)を、該給送器(10)が取り付けられた前記板状要素(10)の前記配置誤差に従って制御すること、
を含んだ連続するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - ペース配分された流れで板状要素を連続するステーション(3、4、5)内に搬送するコンベヤ(30)の複数の把持部材(31)内にこれらの板状要素(10)を配置するための固定装置(21)が設けられた給送器(20)と、
前記給送器(20)を横方向に移動させることができる横方向駆動装置と、
前記給送器(20)を縦方向に移動させることができる2つの長手方向駆動装置と、
前記板状要素(10)の表面によって反射された光の強度を測定することができる少なくとも3つのセンサ(7)と、
前記センサ(7)から測定値を受信するとともに、前記横方向駆動装置、前記長手方向駆動装置、及び前記固定装置(21)を制御する計算及び制御ユニット(40)と、
を含む、板状要素を加工するための機械であって、
板状要素(10)の長手方向縁部の通過を検出することができる少なくとも2つのセンサ(8)、
も含み、
前記センサ(8)は、前記センサ(7)の上流に配置され、かつ計算及び制御ユニット(40)に接続される、
ことを特徴とする機械。 - 前記センサ(8)は、前記板状要素(10)の前縁の通過を検出することができることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の板状要素を加工するための機械。
- 前記センサ(8)は、前記板状要素(10)の後縁の通過を検出することができることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の板状要素を加工するための機械。
