Abstract
【解決手段】燃料電池10の運転方法は、電解質膜・電極構造体24に直接設けられた過酸化水素濃度検出センサ60により、発電中の過酸化水素濃度を検出する工程と、検出された前記過酸化水素濃度に基づいて、前記燃料電池10の運転条件を設定する工程とを有する。

Claims (5)
- アノード電極とカソード電極との間に電解質膜を挟持する電解質膜・電極構造体と、セパレータとが積層される燃料電池の運転方法であって、
前記電解質膜・電極構造体に直接設けられた過酸化水素濃度検出センサにより、発電中の過酸化水素濃度を検出する工程と、
検出された前記過酸化水素濃度に基づいて、前記燃料電池の運転条件を設定する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする燃料電池の運転方法。 - 請求項1記載の運転方法において、予め取得された前記過酸化水素濃度と燃料電池電圧との関係からマップを作製し、前記マップから得られる前記燃料電池電圧に基づいて、前記燃料電池の制御を行うことを特徴とする燃料電池の運転方法。
- 請求項2記載の運転方法において、予め取得された前記過酸化水素濃度と燃料電池電圧との関係から得られる前記マップは、少なくとも前記燃料電池のガス流路形状又は前記電解質膜・電極構造体の特性に対応して補正されることを特徴とする燃料電池の運転方法。
- アノード電極とカソード電極との間に電解質膜を挟持する電解質膜・電極構造体と、セパレータとが積層される燃料電池であって、
前記電解質膜・電極構造体には、発電中の過酸化水素濃度を検出する過酸化水素濃度検出センサが直接設けられることを特徴とする燃料電池。 - 請求項4記載の燃料電池において、前記電解質膜・電極構造体の外周に設けられる電位センサを備えることを特徴とする燃料電池。
