Abstract
【解決手段】電流検出装置100は、バッテリ側の配線に固定される第1の固定部112と、ハーネス300が固定される第2の固定部114と、これらの間に挿入される抵抗体としてのバスバー110と、バスバー110の2箇所の電位差に基づいて抵抗体を流れる電流を検出する電流検出回路が搭載される回路基板120と、バスバー110と回路基板120とが収納されるケース130とを備える。バスバー110は、電流通電部110Aと引き出し線部110Bと有する。第1の固定部112、第2の固定部114および電流通電部110Aはバッテリ200の上面に配置され、回路基板120はバッテリ200の側面に配置され、電流通電部110Aと回路基板120との間が引き出し線部110Bを介して接続される。

Claims (4)
- バッテリの端子を通してハーネスに流れる電流を検出する電流検出装置であって、
前記バッテリ側の配線に固定されて電気的な接続が行われる第1の固定部と、
前記ハーネスが固定されて電気的な接続が行われる第2の固定部と、
前記第1および第2の固定部の間に挿入された抵抗体と、
前記抵抗体の通電方向に沿った2箇所の電位差に基づいて前記抵抗体を流れる電流を検出する電流検出回路が搭載される回路基板と、
前記抵抗体と前記回路基板とが収納されるケースと、
を備え、前記抵抗体は、前記第1の固定部と前記第2の固定部を通して流れる電流の経路となる電流通電部と、前記電流通電部の2箇所から電位差を取り出す引き出し線部とを有し、
前記第1の固定部、前記第2の固定部および前記電流通電部は前記バッテリの上面に配置され、前記回路基板は前記バッテリの側面に配置され、
前記電流通電部と前記回路基板との間が前記引き出し線部を介して接続されていることを特徴とする電流検出装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記電流通電部は、板状部材を前記バッテリの上面と垂直な向きに折り返して形成されていることを特徴とする電流検出装置。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記電流通電部と前記引き出し線部とは別部材で構成され、前記引き出し線部が前記電流通電部に溶接されており、
前記引き出し線部を構成する2本の導体は前記電流通電部への溶接前に互いに連結部を介して一体化しており、前記電流通電部への溶接後に前記連結部が切断されて前記2本の導体が切り離されることを特徴とする電流検出装置。 - 請求項2において、
前記引き出し線部は、前記電流通電部の折り返された内側の面に溶接されていることを特徴とする電流検出装置。
