Abstract
【解決手段】無線電力受信装置に無線で電力を転送する無線電力送信装置に含まれた遮蔽装置は、無線電力送信装置の送信コイル22で発生した磁場のうちの一部磁場の転送経路を変更する第1遮蔽部、及び上記第1遮蔽部の上面に位置し、上記第1遮蔽部を貫通した磁場のうちの一部磁場を遮断するための第2遮蔽部を含み、上記第1遮蔽部の透磁率の実数成分値は虚数成分値より大きく、上記第2遮蔽部の透磁率の虚数成分値は実数成分値より大きい。

上記のように、遮蔽装置60は無線電力転送と関連して使用できるが、RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification)、NFC(Near Field Communication)、キーレスエントリ(Keyless Entry)などの通信方式でも使用できる。
Claims (15)
- 無線電力受信装置に無線で電力を転送する無線電力送信装置に含まれた遮蔽装置であって、
前記無線電力送信装置の送信コイルで発生した磁場のうちの一部磁場の転送経路を変更する第1遮蔽部と、
前記第1遮蔽部の上面に位置し、前記第1遮蔽部を貫通した磁場のうちの一部磁場を遮断するための第2遮蔽部と、を含み、
前記第1遮蔽部の透磁率の実数成分値は虚数成分値より大きく、
前記第2遮蔽部の透磁率の虚数成分値は実数成分値より大きいことを特徴とする、遮蔽装置。 - 前記第1遮蔽部は前記一部磁場の転送経路を変更して前記無線電力受信装置に伝達し、
前記第2遮蔽部は前記第1遮蔽部を貫通した磁場を吸収して、熱で放出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の遮蔽装置。 - 前記各透磁率の実数成分値は前記磁場の転送経路を変更させることができる程度を表し、前記各透磁率の虚数成分値は前記第1遮蔽部を貫通した磁場を吸収して、熱で放出される程度を表すことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の遮蔽装置。
- 前記第1遮蔽部の透磁率の実数成分値は虚数成分値より10倍以上、1000倍以下であり、前記第2遮蔽部の透磁率の虚数成分値は実数成分値より1倍以上、10倍以下であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の遮蔽装置。
- 前記第1遮蔽部と前記第2遮蔽部は異種タイプの磁性体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の遮蔽装置。
- 前記第1及び第2遮蔽部の各々は、スピネルタイプ、ヘキサタイプ、サンダストタイプ、パーマロイタイプの磁性体のうち、いずれか1つの磁性体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の遮蔽装置。
- 前記第1及び第2遮蔽部は、圧着または接着の方法により結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の遮蔽装置。
- 前記第1及び第2遮蔽部は、薄膜蒸着の方法により結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の遮蔽装置。
- 無線電力受信装置に無線で電力を転送する無線電力送信装置であって、
電力ソースから電力の供給を受けて送信コイルで発生した磁場を非放射方式により前記無線電力受信装置の受信コイルに伝達する送信部と、
前記送信コイルで発生した磁場のうちの一部磁場の転送経路を変更する第1遮蔽部と、 前記第1遮蔽部の上面に位置し、前記第1遮蔽部を貫通した磁場のうちの一部磁場を遮断するための第2遮蔽部を含む遮蔽装置を含み、
前記第1遮蔽部の透磁率の実数成分値は虚数成分値より大きく、
前記第2遮蔽部の透磁率の虚数成分値は実数成分値より大きいことを特徴とする、無線電力送信装置。 - 前記第1遮蔽部は前記一部磁場の転送経路を変更して前記無線電力受信装置に伝達し、
前記第2遮蔽部は前記第1遮蔽部を貫通した磁場を吸収して、熱で放出することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の無線電力送信装置。 - 前記各透磁率の実数成分値は前記送信コイルで発生した磁場の転送経路を変更させることができる程度を表し、前記各透磁率の虚数成分値は前記第1遮蔽部を貫通した磁場を吸収して、熱で放出される程度を表すことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の無線電力送信装置。
- 前記送信部は電磁気誘導を用いて前記無線電力受信装置に電力を転送することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の無線電力送信装置。
- 前記送信部は共振を用いて前記無線電力受信装置に電力を転送することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の無線電力送信装置。
- 磁場を用いて受信装置と通信する送信装置に含まれた遮蔽装置であって、
前記送信装置で発生した磁場のうちの一部磁場の転送経路を変更する第1遮蔽部と、
前記第1遮蔽部の上面に位置し、前記第1遮蔽部を貫通した磁場のうちの一部磁場を遮断するための第2遮蔽部とを含み、
前記第1遮蔽部の透磁率の実数成分値は虚数成分値より大きく、
前記第2遮蔽部の透磁率の虚数成分値は実数成分値より大きいことを特徴とする、遮蔽装置。 - 前記送信装置は、RFID、NFC、キーレスエントリ(Keyless Entry)のうち、少なくともいずれか1つの方式を用いて前記受信装置と通信することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の遮蔽装置。
