Description

The present invention relates to a method for treating organic matter such as garbage, and in particular, a method for fermenting and decomposing organic waste such as garbage and earthworm soil in a bag-like container made of a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet. It is about.

In general, municipal wastes are collected and landfilled or incinerated in an incinerator. However, in recent years, from the viewpoint of environmental problems and the like, it has become desirable to dispose of garbage at homes and offices without causing pollution. For this reason, a method has been proposed in which special bacteria are added to the garbage to treat it. But not enough. For example, the final treatment is liquid and inconvenient for storage. Therefore, in order to contribute to such social demands, the inventors of the present application, before completion of the invention of the present application, mix and treat the earthworm excrement to the raw garbage and fermentate and decompose it regardless of the invention of the present application. Devised a means.

In order to facilitate mixing and stirring, a plurality of small box-shaped containers are arranged in a large box, and raw garbage and earthworm soil are mixed in each small container. This idea itself is original and excellent, but there are also problems as described later. In addition, a proposal has been made by a third party to feed earthworms, etc. to earthworms and treat them, and to obtain earthworm soil. This is the invention described in Patent Documents 1 to 3.
These are completely different from the present invention in which earthworm soil is mixed with raw garbage, fermented and decomposed, and does not suggest the present invention.

The means previously devised by the inventors of the present application is that the mouth of the small container is not completely covered and there is a gap, so that fly etc. are likely to occur, and in order to proceed with processing, It is necessary to mix and agitate the raw garbage and earthworm excrement from time to time, but it is not very good to work while being exposed to odor while visually checking the raw garbage, There are problems that it is difficult to feel positively performing necessary mixing and stirring, and that mixing and stirring for each small container is troublesome and cumbersome. This invention makes it a subject that a fly etc. do not generate | occur | produce based on such a situation, mixing stirring is possible even if it does not visually check, and mixing stirring can be performed efficiently. The present invention aims to solve these problems.

That is, an object of the present invention is to eliminate the occurrence of fly and the like, to allow mixing and stirring without seeing garbage and the like, and to provide a treatment method that can efficiently perform mixing and stirring.
By the way, in order to prevent the occurrence of fly and to make the garbage not visible directly, the container should be sealed or covered entirely with a plastic bag, etc., but then the inside of the container will become anaerobic and aerobic This inhibits the action of organic matter-degrading bacteria, and the fermentation and decomposition of garbage does not proceed, and it becomes overhumid and easily decays. Although it was difficult to achieve both of these conflicting purposes, a bag made of a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet that allows gas such as air and water vapor to pass but not moisture while continuing research. It has been found that a container may be used, and the present invention has been completed.

According to the present invention, earthworm soil is mixed with organic matter and fermented and decomposed. Therefore, fermentation is promoted by a large number of organic matter-decomposing bacteria in earthworm soil and the processing is accelerated. Earthworm soil has a nodule structure, has a smooth nature, contains a lot of air, and mixes much more than organic matter, so that the fermentation product is reasonably dry, easy to handle and stored. There is an advantage that it is easy to do. Moreover, since the product produced by the fermentative decomposition contains a fertilizing component, it can be used as a fertilizer. If the garbage is covered with earthworm soil during the treatment of the garbage, there is an advantage that the generation of bad odor can be suppressed.

Also, if you use a bag-like container made of a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet, put garbage and earthworm soil in it, and mix and stir it, you can see the garbage and earthworm soil directly, There is an advantage that you can avoid feeling bad without touching it. This facilitates the mixing and stirring work necessary for promoting the fermentation and decomposition of garbage. Moreover, the occurrence of fly or the like can be prevented by closing the mouth of the bag-like container. Further, since the inside of the bag-like container cannot be seen from the outside, it does not give a bad feeling even in the room.
Moisture permeable waterproof sheets do not allow water to pass through, but allow air and water vapor (gas) to pass through, so that the inside of the bag-like container can be kept aerobic and does not impede the action of aerobic organic matter-degrading bacteria, etc. In addition, since moisture can pass if it becomes water vapor (gas), there is an advantage that the inside of the bag-like container does not become so humid as to inhibit the growth of useful bacteria.

If the excrement of pets such as dogs and cats is used in place of the garbage in the treatment method, there is an advantage that the excrement can be easily processed. In particular, it is common to bring a bag for collecting feces for a walk of the dog and dispose of it after returning home. However, the bag-like container of the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet of the present invention previously filled with earthworm soil is used. If you bring it with you, it is convenient because you can continue the fermentation and decomposition of the recovered dog feces even after you return home.

In recent years, mountain climbing has become popular. However, when you have a lot of convenience, it is inevitable that you will have to defecate in the wild in places without toilet facilities. However, as the number of climbers increases, this kind of behavior has become a problem in terms of environmental preservation, and opinions have come to be heard that you should take your excrement home and dispose of it yourself. Yes. Therefore, if the bag-like container of the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet of the present invention is used and taken home as in the case of the dog excrement treatment, it is effective in maintaining the environment.

It is economical and effective to recycle the fermented product (results) of raw garbage that has been fermented by mixing earthworm soil, instead of earthworm soil used to treat garbage. It is.

A bag-like container with a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet for the purpose of preventing the occurrence of fly, etc., and preventing the feeling of bad feelings by visually observing raw garbage and earthworm soil and touching them with hands during mixing. It was realized by putting raw garbage and earthworm soil inside, closing the mouth of the bag-like container, mixing from the outside of the bag-like container, and stirring.

In carrying out the garbage disposal of the present invention, garbage and earthworm soil are put into a bag-like container of a moisture permeable waterproof sheet, the mouth of the bag-like container is closed to prevent the occurrence of flies, and sometimes a bag-like It is necessary to mix and agitate the garbage and earthworm excavation by pinching, kneading, and kneading from the outside of the container to replenish moisture in the bag-like container.

Moisture permeable waterproof sheets are a type of non-woven fabric that allows gas such as air and steam to pass through but does not allow water to pass through. There are various brands from various manufacturers, but they are often used for construction. A rectangular bag can be formed by joining two rectangular moisture-permeable waterproof sheets and welding three sides, but various bag sizes can be adopted depending on the amount of garbage used. The production method is not limited to this, and it can be produced by various methods, and various structures and shapes can be adopted depending on the purpose of use and usage. It is also possible to have a bottomed structure and make the shape of the bottom part a quadrangle or a circle. Although a thing with a low height is also considered for the area of a bottom part, such a thing may deviate from the idea of a general bag, but these are also included as a bag-like container in this application.

The mouth of the bag-like container must be able to be closed to prevent the occurrence of fly. This can be done with a clip, tightened with a string threaded around the mouth edge like a drawstring bag, tied around the mouth with a string, or stretched around the entire mouth A synthetic resin chuck or the like may be provided. The mouth may be closed with another member. However, since it is necessary to replenish water during the fermentation process, it is desirable that the mouth part can be easily opened and closed.

The ratio of the garbage and earthworm soil put in the bag-shaped container is 300 or more earthworm soil with respect to the garbage 100 in a weight ratio, and preferably the earthworm soil 300 to 500 with respect to the garbage 100. Fermentative degradation is thought to be largely due to useful bacteria in earthworm soil, so fermentation may be delayed at 300 or less, and moisture absorption in garbage by earthworm soil is insufficient, making it difficult to handle. is there. If it is 500 or more, there is a tendency that the growth rate of the degree of progress of fermentation slows down for the cost. In addition, when pouring earthworm soil into the bag-like container, it is desirable to cover the garbage with earthworm soil so that odors do not leak during processing.

Figure 2013078722

"Experiment 1"
. Next, experimental examples in which the present invention is implemented will be described. The experiment was conducted from March 28th to May 3rd, 2011, using a bag-like container 20 cm long, 30 cm wide and 30 cm deep made of a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet of the brand “Tyvek”. On March 28th, 6 liters (3500g) of earthworm earth is put in a bag-like container, and 100g of lunch residue as raw garbage is put in every day for four days from March 28th to March 31st. On the injection day, the mixture was well stirred from the outside of the bag-like container immediately after the addition. After the final introduction date (March 31), the mixture was well mixed from the outside of the bag-like container every 4 days, and water was appropriately supplied for adjustment. During the experimental period, the observation was carried out by visual observation and measurement of component values and the like every predetermined period. The results are shown in Table 1. In addition, it is preferable that the water content of the mixture of raw garbage and earthworm soil is about 50 to 80%. The 70% moisture mixture looks similar to the soil color after the rain of normal soil (loam), so water was replenished by spraying using this as a guide. When it dries too much, a whitish color (so-called dry earth color) will appear. In this experiment, the earthworm excrement is a waste mushroom bed after shiitake mushroom bed cultivation, mixed with cow dung, rice bran, etc. The excreta obtained by feeding was used to separate residues and the like. Table 2 shows the component values of earthworm clay used in this experiment.
Figure 2013078722

The content of NH4-N is used as an indicator of the progress of fermentation, and it is considered that the fermentation is completed at 0.1 mg / 100 g. Therefore, from the experimental results shown in Table 1, it is considered that the processing of garbage is finished by about three weeks after the start of the experiment (April 21).
Figure 2013078722

"Experimental example 2" (Comparison due to differences in bag materials)
Experiment 1 shows that the present invention can be effectively implemented using a bag-like container of a moisture permeable waterproof sheet, but the material and physical properties of the moisture permeable waterproof sheet are slightly different depending on the manufacturer and brand. Experiments were conducted to determine whether the fermentation of food residues was affected. Table 3 shows the physical property values described in the moisture permeable waterproof sheet catalogs of each manufacturer, together with the JIS standard values of the sheets.

“Experiment Procedure” The test was conducted from July 8 to July 30, 2011, with four bags made of moisture-permeable waterproof sheets of different brands from multiple manufacturers and polyethylene (thickness 0.1 mm) as a comparative example. One bag was used. In the test, 900 cc (550 g) of earthworm soil and 100 g of lunch residue were put in each bag so that the lunch residue was covered with earthworm soil. Moisture was adjusted as appropriate until fermentation, and the outside of the bag was squeezed at least 50 times a day, 5 days a week. Fermentation judgment was performed by component value analysis and visual observation. The results are shown in Table 4. Table 5 shows the component values of earthworm clay used in this test.

"Experimental result" It confirmed that it fermented in about 3 weeks by visual observation and the component analysis value except the bag of polyethylene.
[Discussion] The polyethylene bag used as a comparative example did not decrease in moisture even after several days, and had a dough-like odor, and the contents were spoiled within 2 weeks from the start of the test. Since air did not enter, it was thought that bacteria that promoted fermentation of organic matter such as garbage did not work due to aerobic soil in earthworm soil, and spoilage bacteria propagated. Thereby, it confirmed that the fermentation process with a polyethylene bag was impossible.
Although (A) and (d) felt that earthworm soil was slightly dry, the degree of fermentation and the fermentation speed were not significantly different in (a) to (d). Therefore, it was found from this test that the difference in the material does not affect the fermentation, and the bag made of any brand of moisture permeable waterproof sheet can be used in the practice of the present invention. However, since the bonded portion at the lower end of the bag of (d) is torn on the fifth day after the start of the test, the bag of the material of (d) has a problem in terms of durability.
