Abstract
脱気トイレがなくても十分な脱気性能を発揮することが可能な脱気器を提供する。
【解決手段】
復水器で凝縮された復水を、復水入口1を通してスプレイバルブ2によって脱気器胴体3内に噴霧粒4として導入し、スプレイバルブ2の後方に設置された高速蒸気噴出部10から高速蒸気9をスプレイバルブ2の出口付近に吹き付けることで、噴霧粒4をより微細化して、脱気器胴体内に散布させ、蒸気入口管台5から脱気器胴体3に導入されたタービン抽気蒸気6との直接接触により加熱して脱気する。

Claims (4)
- 復水をスプレイバルブによって脱気器胴体内に噴霧粒として導入し、前記噴霧粒を前記脱気器胴体に導入されたタービン抽気蒸気との直接接触により加熱して脱気する脱気器であって、
前記スプレイバルブ出口付近における噴霧粒を微細化する機構を設けたことを特徴とする脱気器。 - 請求項1において、前記スプレイバルブ出口付近における噴霧粒を微細化する機構として、前記スプレイバルブの出口付近に高速蒸気を吹き付ける高速蒸気噴出部を前記脱気器胴体内に設けたことを特徴とする脱気器。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記スプレイバルブ出口付近における噴霧粒を微細化する機構として、前記スプレイバルブの出口形状を波状としたことを特徴とする脱気器。
- 請求項2又は3において、前記スプレイバルブ出口付近に、脱気器下部に向けて開口部を有する覆い板を設けたことを特徴とする脱気器。
