Abstract

Claims (14)
- 相補的なコネクタに設置された相補的なシール構造と嵌り合って係合するように構成され、対向するコネクタのもっとも近くに示される基端部を有し、通して流体通路を画定するステムであって、前記シール構造は前記ステムの基端部と係合するよう構成されており、
前記相補的なコネクタにおける相補的なハウジングと係合するように構成され、前記ステムを囲み、開口部を画定するハウジング、
および、
前記ハウジングが前記相補的なハウジングと係合する場合に相補的なバルブと合うように構成され、前記開口部を覆って配置されたバルブを含み、
前記ステムが、前記ハウジングに対して動いて、前記バルブおよび相補的なバルブを通って、前記ハウジングが前記相補的なハウジングと係合した後に前記相補的なシール構造と係合するように構成され、
前記ステムが前記バルブおよび前記相補的なバルブを通って動く場合に、前記バルブが、前記ステムが動く方向に前記相補的なバルブとともに折りたたんで開口するように構成されたコネクタ。 - 前記バルブが前記相補的なバルブと接着する請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記ステムが、前記流体通路を画定する内面をさらに含む請求項1または2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記相補的なハウジングと嵌り合って係合するように構成されたインターロック機構を含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングが少なくとも1つのタブを含み、前記ステムが少なくとも1つの溝を含み、該少なくとも1つのタブと該少なくとも1つの溝とが嵌り合って係合するように構成される請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記シールがOリングを含む請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記ステムがフランジをさらに含む請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記ステムが前記相補的な構造と係合する場合に、前記フランジが前記ハウジングと接するように構成された請求項7に記載のコネクタ。
- 相補的なコネクタの相補的な第2のハウジングと係合するように構成された開口部を画定する第1のハウジング、
前記第1のハウジングが前記第2のハウジングと係合する場合に相補的な第2のバルブと合うように構成され、前記開口部を覆って配置された第1のバルブ、および、
前記第1のハウジングと前記第2のハウジングとが係合した後、前記相補的なコネクタのステムの基端部と係合するように構成されたシール構造を含み、
前記相補的なコネクタの前記ステムが、前記第1のバルブおよび第2のバルブを通って動き、前記シール構造と係合するように構成され、
前記ステムが第1のバルブおよび前記第2のバルブを通って動く場合に、前記第1のバルブが、前記ステムが動く方向に前記第2のバルブとともに折りたたんで開口するように構成されたコネクタ。 - 前記シール構造がOリングを含む請求項9に記載のコネクタ。
- 通して流体通路を画定するステム、前記ステムを囲み、第1の開口部を画定する第1のハウジング、および前記第1の開口部を覆って配置された第1のバルブを含む第1のコネクタと、
前記ステムと係合するように構成されたシール構造を画定し、第2の開口部を画定し、前記第1のハウジングと嵌り合って係合するように構成された第2のハウジングを含む第2のコネクタと、
前記第1のハウジングが前記第2のハウジングと係合する場合に前記第1のバルブと係合するように構成され、前記第2の開口部を覆って配置された第2のバルブとを含み、
前記ステムが、前記第1のバルブおよび第2のバルブを通って動き、前記ステムの基端部が前記シール構造と係合するように構成され、
前記ステムが第1のバルブおよび前記第2のバルブを通って動く場合に、前記第1のバルブが、前記ステムが動く方向に前記第2のバルブとともに折りたたんで開口するように構成された、流体システムに取り付けるための無菌のコネクタアセンブリ。 - 少なくとも50psiの圧力の定格を有する請求項11に記載の無菌のコネクタアセンブリ。
- 第1のコネクタの第1のハウジングの先端部に連結された第1の流体容器および第2のコネクタのステムに連結された第2の流体容器を含み、
前記第1のハウジングの基端部が第1の開口部を画定し、第1のバルブが前記第1の開口部を覆って配置され、前記基端部がシール構造をさらに画定し、
前記第2のコネクタが前記ステムおよび第2のハウジングを含み、前記第2のハウジングの基端部が、前記第1のハウジングと嵌り合って係合するように構成され、前記ステムが、通して流体通路を画定し、前記第2のハウジングが、前記ステムを囲み、第2の開口部を画定し、第2のバルブが前記第2の開口部を覆って配置され、
前記第1のハウジングが前記第2のハウジングと係合する場合に、前記第2のバルブが前記第1のバルブと合うように構成され、
前記第1のハウジングと前記第2のハウジングとが係合した後に、前記ステムが、前記第1のバルブおよび第2のバルブを通って動き、前記ステムの基端部が前記第1のハウジングの前記シール構造と係合するように構成され、
前記ステムが第1のバルブおよび前記第2のバルブを通って動く場合に、前記第1のバルブが、前記ステムが動く方向に前記第2のバルブとともに折りたたんで開口するように構成された流体システム。 - 前記第1のハウジングの前記先端部および前記第2のハウジングの先端部が、1/4インチ、3/8インチ、または1/2インチの外径を有する請求項13に記載の流体システム。
