Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a waste treatment apparatus for treating waste such as sludge.
Conventionally, various wastes are incinerated for the purpose of reducing the amount and making them harmless, and are disposed of by burying the ash after the incineration. However, when incinerating waste, high-temperature treatment is required to suppress the generation of harmful substances, and there are concerns about damage to the incinerator and its impact on the environment. In recent years, the need for recycling has increased, and various studies have been made to effectively use waste while removing and treating environmental pollutants from waste.
For example, as a waste treatment method, Patent Document 1 proposes a carbonization apparatus that carbonizes organic waste such as organic sludge and recycles it. In such a carbonization apparatus, the waste is dried and dry-distilled with the air shut off, whereby the pyrolysis reaction proceeds to generate carbide. In addition, the dry distillation gas generated when pyrolyzing waste is introduced into the secondary combustion chamber and subjected to combustion treatment, thereby being released into the atmosphere in a non-combustible and non-brominated state.
However, like the carbonization apparatus described in Patent Document 1, in order to burn off the dry distillation gas generated when thermally decomposing waste and detoxify it, it is necessary to treat at a high temperature of 700 ° C. or higher. Therefore, a carbonization apparatus having a dry distillation gas combustion furnace is treated as an incinerator, and it may be necessary to obtain approval such as installation permission.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and is a waste treatment apparatus that can be made harmless without burning waste such as sludge and can be used without requiring special approval. The purpose is to provide.
The present invention provides a heating means for sterilizing and drying waste such as sludge by heating in a low oxygen state, and separating and producing a carbide and exhaust gas by advancing a thermal decomposition reaction, and an exhaust gas generated by the heating means. An oiling means for liquefying and recovering oil contained in the exhaust gas, and a purification means for detoxifying the exhaust gas after the oil is recovered by decomposing it, The oil converting means is provided with a backflow prevention mechanism for preventing the backflow of the exhaust gas by discharging the exhaust gas supplied from the heating means in the stored cooling water.
The waste can be sterilized and dried by heating it under air shut-off, and the pyrolysis reaction can proceed in a state where spontaneous ignition is suppressed. Thereby, carbides are generated from the waste, and exhaust gas in which water, carbon dioxide, flammable gas, volatile organic matter, and the like are volatilized is generated. The generated exhaust gas is introduced into the oil making means, and the oil contained in the exhaust gas is liquefied and recovered. Since the exhaust gas supplied to the oil converting means does not flow back to the heating means by the back flow preventing mechanism provided in the oil converting means, it is possible to prevent a gas explosion from occurring. Moreover, by releasing in water, it cools rapidly and a spontaneous ignition is prevented. Then, the exhaust gas that has passed through the oiling means without being liquefied is subjected to gas decomposition treatment in the purification means to be rendered harmless and released into the atmosphere.
As described above, in the waste treatment apparatus of the present invention, the exhaust gas generated by the carbonization treatment of the waste can be rendered harmless without being burned. Can be used.
Further, the carbide generated from the waste is reduced in volume by drying and can be effectively used as a resource. Since the oil contained in the exhaust gas after the formation of carbides is liquefied and volume-reduced, it can be efficiently processed when disposed of as general waste.
In the waste treatment apparatus of the present invention, the heating means is constituted by a heating furnace including an inner cylinder that rotates around an axis, and an outer cylinder that heats the inner cylinder while rotatably supporting the inner cylinder, A spiral blade is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylinder, and the charged waste is transferred to the subsequent stage by the spiral blade, and the spiral blade is a rear stage portion of the inner cylinder. It is preferable that the pitch of the front stage is set to be coarser than that, and the spiral blades of the front stage having a coarse pitch are integrally provided with a scraping plate in parallel with the axial direction of the inner cylinder.
The waste thrown into the inner cylinder is transferred to the subsequent stage along the spiral blade while being heated by rotating the inner cylinder. The waste immediately after being charged has a large volume because it contains a lot of moisture, but it is dried by being heated while being transferred to the subsequent stage of the inner cylinder. And, by setting the spiral blades so that the pitch of the front part is coarser than that of the rear part of the inner cylinder, large volume waste is efficiently transferred along the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylinder. Can be made. In addition, the scraping plate provided integrally with the spiral blades at the front stage acts as stirring while scraping up the waste as the inner cylinder rotates. Things can be efficiently dried. In the rear stage, the thermal decomposition reaction of the dried waste transferred from the front stage can be advanced, and the waste can be efficiently separated into carbide and exhaust gas. For this reason, it is not necessary to provide a drying furnace separately, and an installation can be comprised on a small scale.
It should be noted that at least one scraping plate may be provided, and when a plurality of scraping plates are provided, they may be arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the inner cylinder.
In the waste treatment apparatus of the present invention, an exhaust pipe for discharging exhaust gas generated in the inner cylinder is connected to the rear end plate of the inner cylinder, and the exhaust pipe is connected to the end plate. It is good to project so that it may penetrate and may extend to the middle of the rear stage part of the inner cylinder.
Since the exhaust gas generated in the inner cylinder can be discharged before being heated to a high temperature, it is possible to prevent a gas explosion even when a combustible gas is included.
In the waste treatment apparatus of the present invention, the oil converting means is provided with a blower for sending exhaust gas, and the blower has a fixed blade fixed to the housing outside the rotation locus of the rotating movable blade. It is good to be provided inward in the radial direction.
The exhaust gas sucked by the blower is liquefied by a pressure change when passing through the blower, and the oil component adheres to the movable blade. The inner peripheral end of the fixed blade is provided opposite to the rotation locus of the outer peripheral end of the movable blade with a slight gap therebetween, and oil adhering to the movable blade is fixed by the rotation of the movable blade. Jumps to the fixed blade when facing the inner peripheral edge. Since the oil component jumping to the fixed blade is collected along the inner peripheral surface of the housing, the liquefied oil component can be easily recovered.
In the waste treatment apparatus of the present invention, the purification means uses at least one of a catalyst treatment apparatus that decomposes with a catalyst, an ozone treatment apparatus that decomposes with microbubble ozone, or a plasma treatment apparatus that performs thermal decomposition with high-temperature plasma. It is characterized by being configured.
Since the exhaust gas is decomposed by the catalyst processing device, the ozone processing device, and the plasma processing device, the exhaust gas generated when the waste is thermally decomposed can be rendered harmless without providing a secondary combustion furnace.
According to the present invention, waste can be efficiently carbonized, and exhaust gas generated when pyrolyzing the waste can be rendered harmless without providing a secondary combustion furnace. It is possible to provide a waste treatment apparatus that can be used in any place without requiring a special facility.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a waste treatment apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the waste treatment apparatus 1 of the present embodiment is sterilized and dried by heating waste such as sludge while shutting off air, and proceeds with a pyrolysis reaction to cause carbides and exhaust gas. The heating means 2 that separates and generates the oil, the exhaust gas generated by the

The second catalyst means 92 is configured to decompose and remove harmful substances that could not be decomposed by the first catalyst means 91 using a photocatalyst such as titanium oxide.

Further, since the inside of the
At this time, both
In this way, the waste thrown in from the

As described above, in the waste treatment apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, the waste is sterilized and dried by heating it under air shut-off, and the pyrolysis reaction proceeds in a state in which spontaneous ignition is suppressed, The exhaust gas is separated and produced, and the exhaust gas generated by the carbonization treatment of the waste is rendered harmless by the oiling means and the purification means described above.
Moreover, in the heating furnace constituting the heating means, by providing a spiral blade and a scraping plate with varying pitch roughness, water contained in the waste is quickly evaporated and dried efficiently. In addition, the thermal decomposition reaction of the dried waste can be advanced to efficiently separate the carbide and the exhaust gas. For this reason, it is not necessary to provide a drying furnace separately, and an installation can be comprised on a small scale.
As described above, according to the present invention, exhaust gas containing harmful substances can be rendered harmless without burning, so that it is not required to be approved as an incinerator and can be used in any place.
Further, the carbide generated from the waste is reduced in volume by drying and can be effectively used as a resource. For example, it can be used as an aggregate of cement products, and can be mixed with cement and used for products such as U-shaped grooves and concrete blocks. It can also be used as part of embankment materials such as roads. Since the oil contained in the exhaust gas after the formation of carbides is liquefied and volume-reduced, it can be efficiently processed when disposed of as general waste.
In addition, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, it is sufficient that at least one scraping plate is provided, and when a plurality of scraping plates are provided, it is preferable to arrange them at intervals in the circumferential direction of the inner cylinder.
Further, as a purification means, an adsorption tower made of activated carbon may be provided to adsorb odor or the like in the exhaust gas.
Moreover, when putting waste into a heating furnace, you may throw in activated carbon or iron charcoal together. Activated carbon has the effect of absorbing and purifying the moisture and odor of waste, and iron charcoal has the effect of promoting thermal decomposition of waste by radical reaction in a reducing atmosphere. Since both activated carbon and iron charcoal are charcoal, they do not impair quality even when mixed with carbides.
