Abstract
【解決手段】入口領域4および出口領域5を含み、排気ガス流3を導く曲り配管部2と、前記排気ガス流3の中に液体還元剤8を導入するためのインジェクタ7であって、接続導管10を介して配管部2に接続されており、前記還元剤8を、前記入口領域4と前記出口領域5との間に位置する前記配管部2の導入領域13の中で、前記出口領域5の方向に前記排気ガス流3の中に導入することができる、インジェクタ7と、を備える。還流板14は、配管部2の中の導入領域13の上流側に配置される。還流板14の長手方向は、出口領域5への排気ガス流れ方向に対して傾斜して延在しており、前記入口領域4の排気ガス流3と還流板14の横方向に流れる排気ガス流3の循環が生じる。

Claims (14)
- 燃焼機関、特に自走車のための排気システムにおいて、
入口領域(4)および出口領域(5)を含み、排気ガス流(3)を導く曲り配管部(2)と、
前記排気ガス流(3)の中に液体還元剤(8)を導入するためのインジェクタ(7)であって、接続導管(10)を介して配管部(2)に接続されており、これにより、前記接続導管(10)を介して前記還元剤(8)を、前記入口領域(4)と前記出口領域(5)との間に位置する前記配管部(2)の導入領域(13)の中で、前記出口領域(5)の方向に前記排気ガス流(3)の中に導入することができる、インジェクタ(7)と、
前記導入領域(13)の上流側で前記配管部(2)の中に配置される還流板(14)であって、その長手方向(21)が、前記出口領域(5)への排気ガス流れ方向に対して傾斜して延在し、前記入口領域(4)の排気ガス流(3)と還流板(14)の横方向に流れる排気ガス流(3)を受ける、還流板(14)と、
を備えた排気システム。 - 前記還流板(14)は、流入表面(16)および流出表面(17)を含み、前記接続導管(10)に面するプレート始端(18)、前記出口領域(5)に面するプレート終端(19)、および前記プレート始端(18)から前記プレート終端(19)まで延在する2つのプレート側縁(20)によって包囲されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気システム。
- 前記還流板(14)は、その前記長手方向(21)を横切る方向の幅が、前記出口端部(19)の方向において増大していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の排気システム。
- 前記還流板(14)は、前記長手方向(21)を横切る方向に前記導入領域(13)に向かって見て凹状に湾曲しており、および/または、前記導入領域(13)から離れる方向に見て凸状に湾曲していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の排気システム。
- 前記インジェクタ(7)は、前記還元剤(8)を円錘状スプレー(22)の形状で導き、前記還流板(14)は、その長手方向が前記円錘状スプレー(22)の表面線(23)に実質的に平行に延在することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の排気システム。
- 前記インジェクタ(7)は、円錘状スプレー(22)の形態で前記還元剤(8)を導入し、前記還流板(14)は、その長手方向(21)において、前記円錘状スプレー(22)の円錐角(24)にほぼ等しい角度で広がることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の排気システム。
- 前記還流板(14)は、前記接続導管(10)に面するプレート始端(18)にて前記配管部(2)に固定されており、還流板(14)は、プレート始端(18)に固定コンソール(27)を含み、この固定コンソール(27)を介して前記還流板(14)が前記配管部(2)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の排気システム。
- 前記還流板(14)は、前記接続導管(10)に面するプレート始端(18)に配管部(2)に対する間隙(30)を含み、還流板(14)は、前記プレート始端(18)に偏向板(31)を含み、前記偏向板(31)は、前記間隙(30)を介して前記接続導管(10)の中に流れようとする前記排気ガス流を偏向する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の排気システム。
- 前記出口領域(5)に面するプレート終端(19)における前記還流板(14)は、自立状態にて、または前記配管部(2)に緩やかに接触して、前記出口領域(5)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の排気システム。
- 前記プレート終端(19)における前記還流板(14)は、前記配管部(2)に緩やかに接触する支持構造(32)を含み、前記支持構造(32)は、リング形状、または一部リング形状に形成され、前記出口領域(5)にて前記配管部(2)の周方向に延在することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の排気システム。
- 前記還流板(14)は、前記還流板(14)を通過する流れを可能とする、少なくとも1つの辺縁クリアランス(33)および/または少なくとも1つの開口(34)を含み、前記開口(34)は前記還流板(14)を穿孔することにより形成できることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の排気システム。
- 前記還流板(14)は、その流入表面(16)および/またはその流出表面(17)に、機械的および/または化学的影響から前記還流板(14)を保護するための保護コーティング(35)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の排気システム。
- 前記還流板(14)は、機械的接続、プラグ接続、溶接接続またはクランプ接続を介して前記配管部(2)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の排気システム。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の排気システム(1)のための還流板。
