Abstract
Description
4種類の異なるアルミナ材料(A10、WCA25、WCA30およびWCA45)を4種類の異なる細孔形成材料(米デンプン、トウモロコシデンプン、サゴヤシデンプンおよびジャガイモデンプン)と組み合わせて使用して、21種類のバッチを調製した。以下の表1は、各バッチにおけるアルミナ材料および細孔形成材料のタイプおよび量を列記している。
バッチ22〜25を、アルミナ源および細孔形成材料を別にして、実施例1に述べたのと同じ工程を使用して製造した。このアルミナ源および細孔形成材料は下記の表3に記載されている。これらのバッチを構成するアルミナ、シリカ、および細孔形成材料の粒径データが下記の表9に記載されている。
表5に記載したアルミナ源およびシリカ源を使用して、4種類の比較バッチを調製した。詳しくは、アルミナ源が全無機バッチ材料の49.767質量%を占め、シリカ源が全無機バッチ材料の10.311質量%を占めた。細孔形成材料は使用しなかった。各場合において、アルミナ源およびシリカ源を、粉末形態にある他の無機材料である、30.284質量%の二酸化チタン(R101)、8.093質量%の炭酸ストロンチウム、1.352質量%の炭酸カルシウム、および0.193質量%の酸化ランタンと組み合わせた。これらの材料を緊密に混合して、実質的に均一な混合物を製造した。これらのバッチを構成するアルミナ材料、およびシリカ材料の粒径データが、下記の表9に列記されている。
表7に記載したアルミナ源および実施例1に特定された残りの無機材料と、その中に特定された量を使用して、4種類の比較バッチを調製した。詳しくは、アルミナ源が全無機バッチ材料の49.767質量%を占めた。これらのバッチを構成するアルミナ材料、およびシリカ材料の粒径データが、下記の表9に列記されている。
Claims (6)
- チタン酸アルミニウム含有セラミック成形バッチ材料において、
(a) アルミナ源およびチタニア源からの粒子を含む無機材料、および
(b) 少なくとも1種類の細孔形成材料の粒子、
を有してなり、
前記無機材料(a)の少なくとも40体積%の中央粒径の、前記少なくとも1種類の細孔形成材料(b)の中央粒径に対する比が0.3から1.0に及び、
前記無機材料(a)の少なくとも40体積%のd幅が1.5未満であり、
前記少なくとも1種類の細孔形成材料(b)のd幅が2未満であることを特徴とするチタン酸アルミニウム含有セラミック成形バッチ材料。 - 前記無機材料(a)の少なくとも45体積%の中央粒径の、前記少なくとも1種類の細孔形成材料(b)の中央粒径に対する比が0.3から1.0に及び、
前記無機材料(a)の少なくとも45体積%のd幅が1.5未満であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のチタン酸アルミニウム含有セラミック成形バッチ材料。 - 前記無機材料(a)の少なくとも50体積%の中央粒径の、前記少なくとも1種類の細孔形成材料(b)の中央粒径に対する比が0.3から1.0に及び、
前記無機材料(a)の少なくとも50体積%のd幅が1.5未満であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のチタン酸アルミニウム含有セラミック成形バッチ材料。 - 前記無機材料(a)の少なくとも40体積%の中央粒径の、前記少なくとも1種類の細孔形成材料(b)の中央粒径に対する比が0.5から0.8に及ぶことを特徴とする請求項1記載のチタン酸アルミニウム含有セラミック成形バッチ材料。
- 前記無機材料(a)の少なくとも40体積%のd幅が1未満であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のチタン酸アルミニウム含有セラミック成形バッチ材料。
- 前記少なくとも1種類の細孔形成材料(b)のd幅が1.5未満であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のチタン酸アルミニウム含有セラミック成形バッチ材料。
