Description
- 近位端及び遠位端を有するハウジング;
- 送達される薬物の用量を設定するために、ハウジングに対して近位方向に、そしてその用量を送達するために、ハウジングに対して遠位方向に動くことができる駆動部材;
- 用量を送達するための遠位方向への駆動部材の運動中に、ハウジングに対して遠位方向に駆動部材によって駆動されるように適合されるピストン棒;及び
- 制限部材のピストン棒の停止機構(stop feature)との機械的相互作用による、駆動部材の近位の運動中に、ハウジングに対するピストン棒の近位の運動を制限するための制限部材;を含み、ここで制限部材及び停止機構は、制限部材及び停止機構が機械的に相互作用する前の駆動部材の第一の近位の運動中に、ピストン棒が近位に第一の距離を動かされるように配置され、ここで、(例えば、送達される薬物の用量を設定するための)駆動部材の第一の近位の運動中に、ピストン棒が近位に動く第一の距離は、送達される薬物の用量を設定するための駆動部材の引き続く近位の運動中に、ピストン棒が近位に動く引き続く距離より大きい。

Claims (15)
- 薬物送達デバイスにおいて使用するための駆動アセンブリであって、
- 近位端及び遠位端を有するハウジング;
- 送達される薬物の用量を設定するために、ハウジングに対して近位方向に、そしてその用量を送達するために、ハウジングに対して遠位方向に動くことができる駆動部材;
- 用量を送達するための遠位方向への駆動部材の運動中に、ハウジングに対して遠位方向に駆動部材によって駆動されるように適合されたピストン棒;及び
- 制限部材のピストン棒の停止機構との機械的相互作用による、駆動部材の近位の運動中に、ハウジングに対するピストン棒の近位の運動を制限するための制限部材;を含み、
制限部材及び停止機構が、制限部材及び停止機構が機械的に相互作用する前の駆動部材の第一の近位の運動中に、ピストン棒が第一の距離を近位に動かされるように配置され、ここで、駆動部材の第一の近位の運動中に、ピストン棒が近位に動く第一の距離が、駆動部材の引き続く近位の運動中に、ピストン棒が近位に動く引き続く距離より大きいことを特徴とする駆動アセンブリ。 - 駆動部材のプライミング運動が駆動部材の第一の近位の運動を含む、請求項1に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 制限部材及びピストン棒が開放可能なように係合されている、請求項1又は2に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 制限部材がピストン棒に係合する、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 制限部材が、ハウジングに対する回転運動及びハウジングに対する軸方向の動きの少なくとも一方に又は両方に抗して固定されている、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 停止機構がピストン棒の外面上に備わっている、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- ピストン棒が複数の停止機構を含み、ここで、駆動アセンブリが、用量送達のための駆動部材の遠位の運動の後に、制限部材が異なる停止機構と機械的に相互作用するように構成されている、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 停止機構がピストン棒に沿って等距離で配置される、請求項7に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- ピストン棒及び制限部材が、用量を設定するための駆動部材の第二の及び如何なる引き続く近位の運動の前に、停止機構の一つと既に機械的に相互作用している制限部材によって、用量を設定するための駆動部材の第二の及び如何なる引き続く近位の運動中に、ピストン棒の近位の運動が防がれるように配置される、請求項7又は8に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 駆動アセンブリが、ハウジングに対するピストン棒の回転運動が制限されるように構成されている、請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 駆動アセンブリが、ピストン棒がハウジングに対して回転できるように構成されている、請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- ピストン棒がねじ山を含み、そして制限部材がピストン棒のねじ山に係合する、請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 制限部材がねじ山又はねじ山の一部である、請求項12に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- ピストン棒のねじ山が停止機構を含み、停止機構が、ねじ山の隣接領域と比べて異なるねじ山角度を有するねじ山の領域である、請求項12又は13に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 第一の距離が、用量を送達するためのピストン棒の遠位の運動に続いてピストン棒が近位に動く距離より大きい、請求項1〜14の何れか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
