Claims (9)
- 光を素子上の電子工学部品から素子の面に抽出するために案内するように配置された、低レベル反射の光を抽出する導波管であって、該導波管は、第1部分と第2部分を有し、該第1部分(4)は、延長されており、該第2部分(5)は、光が導波管(1)から出る面(JK)を有しており、非断熱的な縦断面(GHLM)が第1部分(4)の後で光の伝播方向の前記面(JK)の前に配置され、該面(JK)が素子の面に、第1部分(4)の光軸(A)に対して、5〜80度の第1角度(V1)を形成していることを特徴とする、導波管。
- 前記第1部分(4)が、素子の面に、前記面(3)と第2角度(V2)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の導波管。
- 前記面(JK)が、第1部分(4)の光軸と、70度よりもわずかに小さく20度よりも大きい角度(V1)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の導波管。
- 前記第2部分(5)が、区間(FGMN)を有し、該区間に沿って、導波管(1)が、第1部分(4)の幅よりも大きな幅の導波管を形成するように、断熱的に広げられることを特徴とする、請求項1、2または3に記載の導波管。
- 前記導波管(1)が、面(3)に到達する前に、素子(2)内で終端することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の導波管。
- 前記第2角度(V2)が、89度よりもわずかに小さく、85度より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の導波管。
- 前記第2角度(V2)が、86度と88度の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の導波管。
- 前記第1角度(V1)が、断面角度(Vk)=90度−V1で表現される時に、45度から60度の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の導波管。
- 前記面(3)が、反射防止膜で処理されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の導波管。
