Abstract
【解決手段】アルミニウムを主体とする被加工材20の突角部22に側面視円弧状の凹部23が形成され、該凹部23を含む被加工材20表面に陽極酸化による硬質皮膜層30を形成して強化突角部40とされていることを特徴とする。また、前記側面視円弧状の凹部23は半径0.03〜5.0mmの扇状凹部23Aであり、前記硬質皮膜層30の膜厚は10〜100μmである。

Claims (4)
- アルミニウムを主体とする被加工材の突角部に側面視円弧状の凹部が形成され、該凹部を含む被加工材表面に陽極酸化による硬質皮膜層を形成して強化突角部とされていることを特徴とするアルマイト加工物。
- 前記側面視円弧状の凹部が半径0.03〜5.0mmの扇状凹部である請求項1に記載のアルマイト加工物。
- 前記被加工材の前記凹部の頂点部が側面視傾斜状のテーパ部または側面視円弧状の凹部に切削されている請求項1または2に記載のアルマイト加工物。
- 前記硬質皮膜層の膜厚が10〜100μmである請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のアルマイト加工物。
