Abstract
【解決手段】蓄電装置7と、蓄電装置7との間で電力の授受を行う電動・発電機27と、電動・発電機27によって駆動する油圧ポンプ29と、油圧ポンプ29から複数の油圧アクチュエータ13A,19等への圧油の流れをそれぞれ制御する複数の方向切換弁32,34等と、複数の方向切換弁32,34等をそれぞれ操作する複数の操作装置31,33等とを備えた電動式ミニショベルの電動駆動装置であって、複数の方向切換弁32,34等が全て操作されてない状態でX秒が経過した場合、電動・発電機27をアイドル回転数まで減速させる双方向コンバータ28を備える。双方向コンバータ28は、電動・発電機27を標準回転数からアイドル回転数まで減速させるときに、電動・発電機27の回転子の慣性力を電力に変換して蓄電装置7を充電する回生制御を行う。

Claims (5)
- 蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置との間で電力の授受を行う電動・発電機と、
前記電動・発電機によって駆動する油圧ポンプと、
複数の油圧アクチュエータと、
前記油圧ポンプから前記複数の油圧アクチュエータへの圧油の流れをそれぞれ制御する複数の方向切換弁と、
前記複数の方向切換弁をそれぞれ操作する複数の操作手段と、を備えた建設機械の電動駆動装置であって、
前記複数の方向切換弁の操作の有無を検出する操作検出手段と、
前記複数の方向切換弁が全て操作されてない状態で予め設定された第1の時間が経過した場合、その時間経過前に前記複数の油圧アクチュエータが駆動可能なように予め設定された設定回転数で制御されていた前記発電・電動機を、その設定回転数より低速に予め設定された低速回転数まで減速させるアイドル制御手段と、を有し、
前記アイドル制御手段は、建設機械の作動状態から休止状態へと移行する段階で、前記電動・発電機を作業に適した前記設定回転数から前記低速回転数まで減速させるときに、前記電動・発電機の回転子の慣性力を電力に変換して前記蓄電装置を充電する回生制御を行うことを特徴とする建設機械の電動駆動装置。 - 請求項1記載の建設機械の電動駆動装置において、
前記電動・発電機が前記低速回転数まで減速した後、さらに前記複数の方向切換弁が全て操作されてない状態で予め設定された第2の時間が経過した場合、前記電動・発電機を停止させる第1の停止制御手段を有し、
前記第1の停止制御手段は、前記電動・発電機を前記低速回転数での駆動状態から停止させるときに、前記電動・発電機の回転子の慣性力を電力に変換して前記蓄電装置を充電する回生制御を行うことを特徴とする建設機械の電動駆動装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の建設機械の電動駆動装置において、
乗降口に設けられ禁止解除位置と禁止位置に操作されるゲートロックレバーと、
前記ゲートロックレバーが禁止位置に操作された場合に前記複数の方向切換弁の操作を禁止する禁止手段と、
前記ゲートロックレバーが禁止位置に操作された場合、前記電動・発電機を停止させる第2の停止制御手段と、を有し、
前記第2の停止制御手段は、前記電動・発電機を停止させるときに、前記電動・発電機の回転子の慣性力を電力に変換して前記蓄電装置を充電する回生制御を行うことを特徴とする建設機械の電動駆動装置。 - 蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置との間で電力の授受を行う電動・発電機と、
前記電動・発電機によって駆動する油圧ポンプと、
複数の油圧アクチュエータと、
前記油圧ポンプから前記複数の油圧アクチュエータへの圧油の流れをそれぞれ制御する複数の方向切換弁と、
前記複数の方向切換弁をそれぞれ操作する複数の操作手段と、を備えた建設機械の電動駆動装置であって、
前記複数の方向切換弁の操作の有無を検出する操作検出手段と、
前記複数の方向切換弁が全て操作されてない状態で予め設定された所定の時間が経過した場合、その時間経過前に前記複数の油圧アクチュエータが駆動可能なように予め設定された設定回転数で制御されていた前記電動・発電機を、停止させる停止制御手段と、を有し、
前記停止制御手段は、建設機械の作動状態から休止状態へと移行する段階で、前記電動・発電機を作業に適した前記設定回転数での駆動状態から停止させるときに、前記電動・発電機の回転子の慣性力を電力に変換して前記蓄電装置を充電する回生制御を行うことを特徴とする建設機械の電動駆動装置。 - 蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置との間で電力の授受を行う電動・発電機と、
前記電動・発電機によって駆動する油圧ポンプと、
複数の油圧アクチュエータと、
前記油圧ポンプから前記複数の油圧アクチュエータへの圧油の流れをそれぞれ制御する複数の方向切換弁と、
前記複数の方向切換弁をそれぞれ操作する複数の操作手段と、を備えた建設機械の電動駆動装置であって、
乗降口に設けられ禁止解除位置と禁止位置に操作されるゲートロックレバーと、
前記ゲートロックレバーが禁止位置に操作された場合に前記複数の方向切換弁の操作を禁止する禁止手段と、
前記ゲートロックレバーが禁止解除位置から禁止位置に操作された場合、前記複数の油圧アクチュエータが駆動可能なように予め設定された設定回転数で制御されていた前記電動・発電機を、停止させる停止制御手段と、を有し、
前記停止制御手段は、建設機械の作動状態から休止状態へと移行する段階で、前記電動・発電機を作業に適した前記設定回転数での駆動状態から停止させるときに、前記電動・発電機の回転子の慣性力を電力に変換して前記蓄電装置を充電する回生制御を行うことを特徴とする建設機械の電動駆動装置。
