(2)非共役ポリエン[C]に由来する構造単位が、[A]、[B]および[C]の構造
単位の合計を100モル%として、0.5〜4.0モル%であり、
(3)125℃におけるムーニー粘度ML1+4(125℃)が、10〜80であり、
(4)損失弾性率(G’’)が下記式[I]を満たすことを特徴とするエチレン・α―オ
レフィン・非共役ポリエン共重合体。
