Abstract
【解決手段】ハウジング(11)を部分的に覆う導電性シェル(14)に、ハウジング(11)に差し込まれたフレキシブル印刷配線基板における切欠き係合部に係合してフレキシブル印刷配線基板に対する係止状態をとる係止部(26)と、係止部(26)によるフレキシブル印刷配線基板に対する係止状態を解除させる解除操作部(15)とが、一体的に形成され、解除操作部(15)がハウジング(11)の上方板状部(11c)の大部分を覆うものとされる。

Claims (13)
- 相互対向側端部の一方側において開口する板状部材差込み部が設けられて配線基板に配されるハウジングと、
各々が上記ハウジング内に配される接触部と上記相互対向側端部の他方側からハウジング外に導出される接続部とを備えて配列配置され、配線板状部材が上記板状部材差込み部を通じて上記ハウジングに差し込まれたとき、上記複数の接触部が上記ハウジングに差し込まれた配線板状部材における複数の接続端子部に夫々接触接続される複数のコンタクトと、
上記ハウジングを部分的に覆い、上記ハウジングに差し込まれた配線板状部材に係合して該配線板状部材に対する係止状態をとる係止部及び該係止部の係止状態を解除すべく操作される解除操作部が一体的に形成された導電性シェルと、
を備えて成り、
上記係止部が、上記導電性シェルにおける上記ハウジングの相互対向平板状部の一方を覆う部分の上記複数のコンタクトの配列方向の端部から、上記ハウジングの相互対向平板状部の他方側へと屈曲して伸びて上記ハウジングの内部に達し、先端部分に該先端部分から突出して上記配線板状部材に対する係合状態と非係合状態とを選択的にとるべく変位せしめられる突起部が配されて形成され、上記解除操作部が、上記導電性シェルにおける上記ハウジングの相互対向平板状部の一方を覆う部分によって形成され、上記複数のコンタクトの配列方向に交差する方向に上記係止部を伴って変位せしめられるものとして配されることを特徴とするコネクタ装置。 - 上記係止部及び上記解除操作部の夫々が弾性を有した揺動可能部分を成すことを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクタ装置。
- 上記係止部が、該係止部における上記板状部材差込み部側の端部に上記突起部が配され、仮想揺動支軸部を上記導電性シェルにおける上記板状部材差込み部側とは反対側の部分に置くとともに、上記解除操作部が、仮想揺動支軸部を上記導電性シェルにおける上記板状部材差込み部側とは反対側の部分に置くことを特徴とする請求項2記載のコネクタ装置。
- 上記係止部が有する上記突起部が、上記係止部の先端部分において上記ハウジングの相互対向平板状部の他方側から一方側に向かって突出することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクタ装置。
- 上記係止部が有する上記突起部が、上記ハウジングの相互対向側端部の一方側から他方側に向かって上る傾斜端面部を有することを特徴とする請求項4記載のコネクタ装置。
- 上記係止部における上記板状部材差込み部側の端部が、上記ハウジングにおける上記板状部材差込み部の周囲部分に当接もしくは近接して配されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクタ装置。
- 上記解除操作部が、上記複数のコンタクトの配列方向に沿って伸びる溝部もしくは***部が形成されたものとされることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクタ装置。
- 上記解除操作部における上記板状部材差込み部側の端縁部に、上記ハウジングの相互対向平板状部の他方側へと屈曲して伸び、上記ハウジングの相互対向平板状部の一方と上記導電性シェルにおける上記ハウジングの相互対向平板状部の一方を覆う部分との間の間隙を塞ぐ屈曲部分が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクタ装置。
- 上記解除操作部における上記板状部材差込み部側とは反対側の端縁部に、上記ハウジングの相互対向平板状部の他方側へと屈曲して伸び、上記ハウジングにおける上記板状部材差込み部側とは反対側の端部に係合する屈曲係合部分が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクタ装置。
- 上記解除操作部が、上記ハウジングの相互対向平板状部の一方に形成された突出部に係合する係合部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクタ装置。
- 上記導電性シェルが、上記ハウジングの相互対向平板状部の一方を覆う部分と該部分に対向する上記ハウジングの相互対向平板状部の他方側に配された部分とを、上記板状部材差込み部側とは反対側において連結する連結部を備え、該連結部が上記解除操作部の揺動に応じて弾性変形することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクタ装置。
- 上記ハウジングが、上記導電性シェルにおける上記係止部が設けられた部分に係合して、上記導電性シェルを係止する係止爪部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクタ装置。
- 上記ハウジングが、上記導電性シェルにおけるキャリアカット部とされる端面部分を覆う部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクタ装置。
