健康なボランティア女性１３人（年齢２４〜４５才：平均年齢約３１才）に、アンセリンを３００ｍｇ／日で１ヶ月間摂取してもらい、アンセリンの摂取前後で、アンダーバスト、トップバストを測定して比較を行った。本試験期間において、異常を訴える者はいなかった。なお、アンセリンは「マリンアクティブ」（商品名：焼津水産化学工業株式会社製）を使用した。

表１より、被験者全員において、１ヶ月間のアンセリン摂取において、アンダーバストは、ほとんど変化しなかったのに対して、トップバストは被験者全員で大きく向上した。また、被験者全員がカップサイズアップとなった。また、被験者全員に共通してバストに張りが出たとの感想が得られた。以上の結果より、アンセリンの摂取による豊胸効果が確認された。 From Table 1, in all subjects, the underbust was hardly changed in the ingestion of anserine for one month, whereas the top bust was greatly improved in all subjects. 健康なボランティア女性５人（年齢２５〜４０才：平均年齢約３３才）に、実施例３で調製したクリームを1日３回、適量でもってバスト全体に塗布してもらい、塗布前後で、アンダーバスト、トップバストを測定して比較を行った。本試験期間において、異常を訴える者はいなかった。なお、アンセリンは「マリンアクティブ」（商品名：焼津水産化学工業株式会社製）を使用した。
試験結果を表４に示す。なお、カップサイズの定義は実施例１と同じである。
