s1, adding water and a conditioner, stirring uniformly, starting heating, adding a chelating agent and a surfactant, heating to 80-85 ℃, stopping heating, stirring uniformly, and cooling;
s2, cooling to 65-75 ℃, adding a thickening agent and an ester forming agent, keeping the temperature, stirring uniformly, and then continuously cooling;
s3, cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding the humectant, the anti-dandruff and anti-itching composition, the pH regulator, the essence and the preservative, and uniformly stirring to obtain the silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the preparation method is simple, the operation is simple and convenient, the adding sequence and the process parameters of the components in the auxiliary materials are reasonably controlled, the dandruff removing and itching relieving composition is added at a lower temperature, the active ingredients in the dandruff removing and itching relieving composition are prevented from being damaged, and the prepared shampoo can effectively sterilize and relieve itching, balance grease, effectively remove dandruff, prevent alopecia and nourish hair.

In order to explain technical contents, achieved objects, and effects of the present invention in detail, the following description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings in combination with the embodiments.
In the invention, the fir balsam (ABIES BALSAMA) extract can be used as a sedative, has the effects of resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation, is a traditional herbal medicine for relieving respiratory tract infection and inflammation, and can prevent and treat halitosis and oral ulcer.
Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (SOPHORA ANGTIFOLIA) extract mainly contains multiple alkaloids, such as matrine and oxymatrine, and very few bispidines; the majority of flavonoids are flavanone and flavanonol, and the minority of flavonoids are flavone, chalcone and alcohol thereof, wherein only 3 are glycosides; the volatile oil component contains eicosane as main component, olefin as main component, alkane and alcohol as secondary component, and acid, aldehyde, ketone, phenol, etc. as well as fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid as main component. Radix Sophorae Flavescentis is cold in nature, has effects of clearing heat, eliminating dampness, killing parasite, relieving itching, relieving skin pruritus, and resisting allergy, and can reduce release of allergic medium, and be used as immunosuppressant. The functional indications of the fat-soluble active ingredient and the water-soluble active ingredient are consistent. The red sage root plays a role in internally regulating immune response mainly through the action on various cytokines, antibodies, immune complexes and immune cells, and the action has bidirectionality.
Dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is a classic anti-inflammatory raw material and has the effects of resisting inflammation and allergy, inhibiting bacterial reproduction and the like. Can regulate skin immunity, enhance skin disease resistance, eliminate inflammation, prevent allergy, and relieve adverse side effects of cosmetics and other external factors on skin.

1) putting water into a main boiler, adding polyquaternium-6, starting stirring (15HZ) for about 5min to disperse uniformly, starting heating, adding EDTA-2Na, adding sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine and sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, heating to 80-85 ℃, stopping heating, starting stirring (15HZ) for about 10min to dissolve uniformly, and starting cooling water to circularly cool under stirring (15 Hz);
2) cooling to 65-75 ℃, adding PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate and PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate, stirring at the temperature of 15Hz for 15min, and continuously starting cooling water circulation to cool under stirring at the temperature of 15 Hz;
3) cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding glycerol, the anti-dandruff and anti-itching composition, citric acid, (daily) essence, p-hydroxyacetophenone and 1, 2-hexanediol, stirring (10HZ) for about 15min, and uniformly mixing to obtain the silicone-oil-free amino acid shampoo.

The silicone-oil-free amino acid shampoo comprises 10 percent of the anti-dandruff and anti-itching composition containing the Chinese herbal medicines and the following components in percentage by weight: 4% of conditioner, 0.15% of chelating agent, 20% of surfactant, 3% of humectant, 1% of excipient, 1% of thickener, 0.3% (daily use) essence, 0.4% of preservative, 0.1% of pH regulator and the balance of water.
Wherein the conditioner is hydrolyzed keratin of hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride;
the chelating agent is disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate;
the surfactant is sodium cocoyl isethionate (3%), cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine (12%), sodium methyl cocoyl taurate (5%);
the humectant is hydrolyzed yeast protein;
the ester-forming agent is jojoba wax PEG-120 esters;
the thickener is cocamide methyl MEA;
the (daily) essence is an essence for cosmetics;
the preservative is DMDM hydantoin;
the pH regulator is citric acid.
The silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo of example 9 was prepared in the same manner as in example 1.
Test example 1
The silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo prepared in the examples 1 to 9 is selected for physical and chemical detection, and the obtained detection indexes are as follows.
1. Trait detection
The silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo of examples 1 to 9 is a yellowish to yellow transparent liquid, and has good high and low temperature stability and fragrant smell.
2. pH value detection
The silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo obtained in the embodiments 1 to 9 is sampled, and the pH value of the silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo is measured to be 5.5 to 6.5 according to the measurement of the pH value by the general test method for cosmetics of GBT 13531.1-2008, so that the international requirement is met.
3. Viscosity number detection
According to the viscosity test method of GB-T10247-.
4. Stability detection
Sampling the silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo obtained in the embodiments 1 to 9, packaging the silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo in a transparent cosmetic bottle according to the national standard of GBT 34857-.
5. Centrifugal assay
Sampling the silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo obtained in the embodiments 1 to 9, packaging the shampoo in a centrifugal tube, centrifuging the shampoo at 3000r/min for 30min, and observing whether non-dispersible components appear or not, wherein the detection result shows that the non-dispersible components do not appear, which indicates that the mixture property is good.
6. Stimulus hypersensitivity detection
The shampoo without silicone oil and amino acid in the examples 1-9 is sampled, a proper amount of the shampoo is applied to the backs of hands of volunteers (18-60 years old, 100 people) to observe for 30min, and whether the phenomena of redness, swelling, eruption, blistering and the like appear or not is judged, and the observation result shows that adverse symptoms do not appear in all testers within 30min, which indicates that the shampoo without silicone oil and amino acid is mild and does not cause irritation and anaphylaxis problems to the skin.
7. Malassezia bacteriostasis experimental test
Carrying out malassezia bacteriostasis experiment tests on the anti-dandruff and itching-relieving composition containing the Chinese herbal medicines, which corresponds to the embodiments 1-9;
selecting 0.5% cason water solution as positive control, and measuring the diameter of the inhibition zone to be 19 mm;
deionized water is selected as a negative control, and the diameter of the inhibition zone is measured to be 0 mm;
the anti-dandruff and anti-itching compositions corresponding to examples 1 to 9 are respectively marked as A to I, the aqueous solution of 50% balsam fir extract is marked as J, the bacteriostatic experiment result of malassezia is shown in figure 1, and the diameter information of each colony is as follows:
the diameter of the inhibition zone of A is measured to be 16.4 mm;
the diameter of the inhibition zone of B is measured to be 16.4 mm;
measuring the diameter of the inhibition zone of C to be 15 mm;
d, measuring the diameter of the inhibition zone to be 16 mm;
e, measuring the diameter of the inhibition zone to be 14 mm;
measuring the diameter of the inhibition zone of F to be 14 mm;
measuring the diameter of the inhibition zone of G to be 13 mm;
measuring the diameter of the inhibition zone of H to be 12 mm;
measuring the diameter of the inhibition zone of I to be 9 mm;
the diameter of the inhibition zone of J is measured to be 8.5 mm.
The diameters of the inhibition zones of the experimental results are arranged according to the size: a ═ B > D > C > E ═ F > G > H > I > J
The nine (0.1% balsam fir extract) and the eight (5% balsam fir extract) in the embodiment of the invention are only different in the dosage of the balsam fir (ABIES BALSAMA) extract, but the diameter difference of the inhibition zones forms a dominant difference, which proves that the balsam fir extract has good antibacterial effect and can synergistically inhibit bacteria.
8. Detection of dandruff-removing and itching-relieving effects of silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo
The silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo of examples 1-9 was comprehensively evaluated by asking volunteers to try the product and fill in a test table by adopting a civil investigation and grading method. Volunteers (30 persons in the age range of 18-40 years and 30 persons in the age range of 40-60 years) in different age groups are respectively selected as trial objects, the shampoo is used for washing hair once every two days and is continuously used for two months, a test table is filled for evaluation after trial, and the shampoo prepared by the scheme of the embodiment 1-9 is randomly selected by the volunteers. The evaluation standard of the dandruff removing and itching relieving effect is as follows:
and (3) relieving: after 1-2 months of use, the dandruff is obviously reduced, the scalp is not pruritus any more, and the abnormal alopecia is eliminated.
Obviously improve the following steps: after 1-2 months of use, dandruff is reduced, interval time of scalp itching is prolonged and relieved, and abnormal alopecia is reduced.
And (4) invalidation: neither dandruff nor itching was improved.
The above 60 volunteers were recorded and reviewed, and the specific therapeutic results are shown in table 1 below:

As can be seen from the test results of table 1: after the shampoo without silicone oil and amino acid in the embodiments 1 to 9 is used, the effects of removing dandruff and relieving itching are 100% effective, and no irritation exists, which shows that the shampoo without silicone oil and amino acid in the invention has good effects of removing dandruff and relieving itching.
The tenth embodiment of the invention is as follows: the anti-dandruff and anti-itching composition containing the Chinese herbal medicines comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20% fir balsam (ABIES BALSAMA) extract, and water in balance.
The silicone-oil-free amino acid shampoo comprises 10 percent of the anti-dandruff and anti-itching composition containing the Chinese herbal medicines and the following components in percentage by weight: 4% of conditioner, 0.15% of chelating agent, 20% of surfactant, 3% of humectant, 1% of excipient, 1% of thickener, 0.3% (daily use) essence, 0.4% of preservative, 0.1% of pH regulator and the balance of water.

The silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo prepared in the example ten has good itching relieving and dandruff removing effects after use.
It should be noted that the composition or the anti-dandruff and anti-itching composition referred to in the scheme of the invention is a short name for the anti-dandruff and anti-itching composition containing Chinese herbal medicines.
In conclusion, the anti-dandruff and anti-itching composition containing the Chinese herbal medicines, the silicone-oil-free amino acid shampoo containing the composition, and the preparation method and the application of the silicone-oil-free amino acid shampoo provided by the invention have the advantages that the composition can effectively improve the problem of dandruff and itching, all substances in the anti-dandruff and anti-itching composition can be matched with each other to realize a good anti-dandruff and anti-itching effect, and the demands of consumers on anti-dandruff and anti-itching can be met. The silicone-free amino acid shampoo disclosed by the invention has no stimulation to hair and scalp, has good effects of softening hair, improving hair quality, removing dandruff and relieving itching, and can nourish scalp, improve microcirculation of scalp capillaries and achieve the effects of strengthening hair roots and reducing alopecia. The composition provided by the scheme of the invention can be widely applied to the preparation of hair cosmetics and medicines.

Claims (10)

1. An anti-dandruff and antipruritic composition containing Chinese herbal medicines is characterized in that: at least comprises balsam fir extract.
2. The anti-dandruff and antipruritic composition comprising Chinese herbs according to claim 1, wherein: the composition further comprises one or more of a bitter ginseng root extract, a dictamnus root extract, a salvia miltiorrhiza root extract and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.
3. The anti-dandruff and antipruritic composition comprising Chinese herbs according to claim 2, wherein: in the composition, the mass percentage of the balsam fir extract is 0.1-20%; if yes, the mass percentage of the sophora flavescens root extract is 0.1-40%; if yes, the mass percent of the dittany root extract is 0.1-20%; if yes, the mass percentage of the salvia miltiorrhiza root extract is 0.1-20%; if yes, the weight percentage of the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is 0.1-20%.
4. Use of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 in the preparation of a cosmetic for washing and/or caring hair or a medicament for removing dandruff and relieving itching.
5. A silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo containing the composition as defined in any one of claims 1 to 3.
6. The silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo as defined in claim 5, wherein: the weight percentage of the composition is 0.05-10%.
7. The silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo as defined in claim 5, wherein: the silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo further comprises auxiliary materials and water, wherein the auxiliary materials comprise one or more of the following components: conditioning agent, chelating agent, surfactant, ester-forming agent, thickening agent, essence, preservative and pH regulator.
8. The silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo as defined in claim 7, wherein: if yes, the conditioner accounts for 0.05-5 wt%; if so, the chelating agent accounts for 0.05-0.3 wt%; if yes, the weight percentage of the surfactant is 15-45%; if so, the weight percentage content of the humectant is 0.1-10%; if yes, the weight percentage content of the ester forming agent is 0.1-10%; if so, the weight percentage content of the thickening agent is 0.05-5%; the essence accounts for 0-1% by weight; if so, the weight percentage content of the preservative is 0.05-5%; if yes, the weight percentage of the pH regulator is 0.01-1%.

The silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo as defined in claim 7, wherein: the surfactant comprises at least one of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine, lauroamidopropyl betaine, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate, potassium cocoyl glycinate, sodium lauroyl glutamate, sodium lauroyl amphoacetate, cocoyl glucoside, sodium lauroyl avenamide, sodium cocoyl glycinate, cocamide-ethanolamine, sodium cocoyl isethionate, and sodium C14-C16 olefin sulfonate.
10. A preparation method of silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo is characterized by comprising the following steps: the preparation raw materials of the silicone-oil-free amino acid shampoo comprise the composition as defined in any one of claims 1 to 3, auxiliary materials and water, wherein the auxiliary materials comprise: conditioning agent, chelating agent, surfactant, excipient, thickener, perfume, preservative and pH adjuster, the method comprising the steps of:
s1, adding water and a conditioner, stirring uniformly, starting heating, adding a chelating agent and a surfactant, heating to 80-85 ℃, stopping heating, stirring uniformly, and cooling;
s2, cooling to 65-75 ℃, adding a thickening agent and an ester forming agent, keeping the temperature, stirring uniformly, and then continuously cooling;
s3, cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding the humectant, the anti-dandruff and anti-itching composition, the pH regulator, the essence and the preservative, and uniformly stirring to obtain the silicone oil-free amino acid shampoo.
