Abstract

孔68の位置を表示するために円形の盛り上がり領域、複数同心円または別の構成をアクセスポート60の背後側に作ってもよい。或いは、ガイドワイヤおよび/またはニードルを予め挿入しておき、それにより医師が孔68または出口24からそらしてしまう可能性を減少させてもよい。

Claims (37)
- 一体的なアクセスポート組立体であって、
自己シール式の隔壁を有するアクセスポートと取付け式のカテーテルとを具備し、
当該アクセスポート組立体は該アクセスポート組立体内に配置される一つ以上のシール可能な入口領域を有し、該入口領域の少なくとも一つはガイドワイヤまたはスタイレットを受容し、且つ引き抜き、さらにガイドワイヤまたはスタイレットをカテーテルに向けるのに適するガイドワイヤ入口領域を具備し、これによりカテーテルの設置が容易になるアクセスポート組立体。 - 前記ガイドワイヤ入口領域は前記自己シール式の隔壁の一部である請求項1に記載のアクセスポート組立体。
- 前記アクセスポートはカテーテルの第一の管腔と流体的に接続されたリザーバを有する請求項1に記載のアクセスポート組立体。
- 前記ガイドワイヤ入口領域は前記アクセスポートの第二の自己シール式の隔壁である請求項1に記載のアクセスポート組立体。
- 前記ガイドワイヤ入口領域は前記アクセスポートの予め定められた領域である請求項1に記載のアクセスポート組立体。
- 前記ガイドワイヤ入口領域はカテーテルに配置される請求項1に記載のアクセスポート組立体。
- 前記カテーテルは該カテーテルの一部に沿って延びる第二の管腔を有し、前記ガイドワイヤ入口領域は該第二の管腔への開口を具備する請求項1に記載のアクセスポート組立体。
- 前記開口は前記取付けられたアクセスポートとカテーテルの末端部との中間にある請求項7に記載のアクセスポート組立体。
- 前記カテーテルは前記アクセスポートに近接して被補強部分を有する請求項1に記載のアクセスポート組立体。
- 上方本体と、該上方本体に取付け可能な下方本体と、前記上方本体と前記下方本体との間の自己シール式の隔壁とを有する本体部分と、
カテーテルを前記本体部分に固定されるように取付けるための出口と、
ガイドワイヤを前記隔壁を通して前記出口に挿入するために前記上方本体に配置されたガイドワイヤ入口領域とを具備するアクセスポート装置。 - 前記下方本体にリザーバが形成され、カテーテルが前記出口を介して該リザーバと流体的に接続される請求項10に記載のアクセスポート。
- 前記上方本体は前記ガイドワイヤ入口領域に加えて前記上方本体に配置されたアクセス領域を有する請求項10に記載のアクセスポート。
- リザーバを有する本体を具備し、該リザーバは前記本体の頂部に配置された自己シール式の第一の隔壁を有し、
前記リザーバに流体的に接続するようにカテーテルを前記本体に固定されるように取付けるための出口と、
ガイドワイヤを前記リザーバを通して前記出口に挿入するために前記本体に配置された自己シール式の第二の隔壁とを具備するアクセスポート装置。 - 前記出口は該出口を通る軸線を有し、前記第二の隔壁は前記出口軸線に沿って前記出口の反対側に配置される請求項13に記載のアクセスポート。
- 前記カテーテルは前記アクセスポートに近接して被補強部分を有する請求項13に記載のアクセスポート。
- 自己シール式のアクセス隔壁を有するアクセスポートと、
該アクセスポートに固定するように取付け可能なカテーテルとを具備し、前記カテーテルは前記アクセスポートに取付けられた時に前記アクセスポートと流体的に接続される第一の管腔と第二の管腔とを有し、該第二の管腔が該第二の管腔内にガイドワイヤを受容するのに適する入口領域を有するアクセスポート組立体。 - 前記入口領域は前記アクセスポートとカテーテルの末端部との間の開口である請求項16に記載のアクセスポート。
- 前記カテーテルは前記アクセスポートに近接して被補強部分を有する請求項16に記載のアクセスポート。
- 前記入口領域はカテーテル内のスリットであり、該スリットは実質的にカテーテルの長さ方向に延びる請求項16に記載のアクセスポート。
- 前記スリットは前記ガイドワイヤより幅が狭い請求項16に記載のアクセスポート。
- リザーバを有するアクセスポート本体と、
前記アクセスポート本体をカテーテルに接続するために前記リザーバと流体的に接続される出口と、
前記リザーバの底部に配置された固いインサートとを具備するアクセスポート。 - 前記固いインサートは前記出口へと延びる請求項21に記載のアクセスポート。
- 前記リザーバは周面を有し、前記固いインサートは該周面周りへと上方に延びる請求項21に記載のアクセスポート。
- 前記固いインサートは上方への延長部分にガイドワイヤを通すことができるような開口を有する請求項21に記載のアクセスポート。
- 前記固いインサートは前記出口付近に尖鋭領域を有する請求項21に記載のアクセスポート。
- カテーテルに固定するように取付けられるアクセスポートを具備するアクセスポート組立体を患者内に挿入する方法であって、
アクセスポート組立体の入口領域にガイドワイヤを挿入して、該ガイドワイヤをカテーテルに通すよう向ける工程と、
ガイドワイヤを患者に挿入する工程と、
アクセスポート組立体を挿入されたガイドワイヤ上で操作し、カテーテルの末端部を患者の所望の位置に配置する工程と、
前記入口領域を通ってアクセスポート組立体および患者からガイドワイヤを取り外す工程と、
患者内にアクセスポート組立体を固定する工程とを具備する方法。 - 前記ガイドワイヤ入口領域はカテーテル内にある請求項26に記載の方法。
- 実質的に貫通可能な自己シール式の材料から作られる本体と、該本体内に配置されたリザーバに流体的に接続されるようにカテーテルを固定されるように取付けるための出口とを有し、前記リザーバは少なくともその底部に沿って配置された固いインサートを有するアクセスポート。
- 前記固いインサートは前記カテーテル用出口を収容する前記リザーバの側と、前記カテーテル用出口の反対側の前記リザーバの側とで上方に延びる請求項28に記載のアクセスポート。
- 前記固いインサートは前記リザーバの全ての側部で上方に延び、トレイ形を形成する請求項28に記載のアクセスポート。
- 前記カテーテル用出口の反対側で延びる前記固いインサートの前記側部はその中にシール可能なアクセスホールを有する請求項29に記載のアクセスポート。
- 前記カテーテル用出口の反対側で延びる前記固いインサートの前記側部はその中にシール可能なアクセスホールを有する請求項30に記載のアクセスポート。
- 前記インサートの前記側部延長部分は下方に向かって内側に傾いており、前記カテーテル用出口の反対の前記側部延長部分はシール可能なアクセス孔を有する請求項29に記載のアクセスポート。
- 前記インサートの前記側部延長部分は下方に向かって内側に傾いており、前記カテーテル用出口の反対の前記側部延長部分はシール可能なアクセス孔を有する請求項30に記載のアクセスポート。
- 固くて貫通可能でない材料から形成される本体を有し、該本体は当該本体に配置されたリザーバに流体的に接続されるカテーテルを固く取付けるための出口を有し、前記本体はその上方部分に配置された貫通可能な自己シール式の隔壁と、前記リザーバにアクセスするために底部に配置された取外し可能なアクセスパネルとを有するアクセスポート。
- 固くて貫通可能でない材料から形成される本体を有し、該本体は当該本体に配置されたリザーバに流体的に接続されるカテーテルを固く取付けるための出口を有し、前記本体はその上方部分に配置された貫通可能な自己シール式の隔壁を有し、且つ前記リザーバへの外側の入口を提供するために前記カテーテル用出口の反対側に且つ実質的にこれと整列した閉鎖可能なポートを前記本体に有するアクセスポート。
- 前記ポートはネジ状のボルトまたはネジで閉じられる請求項36に記載のアクセスポート。
