Abstract
【解決手段】一方のコンポーネントとしてビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサンから製造された1種以上のイソシアヌラートを有するポリイソシアナート組成物、第2のコンポーネントとして1種以上の高固形分ポリオール、並びにいずれかのコンポーネントに1種以上の第三級アミン触媒を含む、高固形分2コンポーネントポリウレタン組成物。

Description
塗膜の膜厚さは塗膜厚さゲージ(Positector登録商標6000、Paul N.Gardner Company,Inc.)を用いて決定された。
トリマー1を製造するために、ガスバブラー、機械式攪拌装置、温度計および凝縮器を備えた1.8Lのハステロイ反応器に、各化合物のシス−およびトランス−異性体の混合物を含む1,3−ビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサンおよび1,4−ビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサンの1:1(w/w)混合物1600gが入れられる。70℃に加熱されつつ、攪拌された反応混合物に乾燥窒素がバブリングされる。実施例35については、エチレングリコール中炭酸第四級アンモニウムの75パーセント溶液1.9グラムがこの反応混合物に添加される。反応温度は70〜75℃に維持される。反応混合物が30パーセントのNCO含量に到達したときに、0.5gのクロロ酢酸を添加することによりこの反応は停止させられる。過剰なモノマーがショートパス蒸留ユニットにおいて分けられ、透明な生成物を提供する。得られるトリマー含有組成物は酢酸ブチルに溶解され、30重量パーセントの酢酸ブチルを含み、347のNCO当量、および0.5重量パーセント未満の遊離モノマー含量の生成物を得る。オリゴマー分布の分析は、生成物が48パーセントのIR1、22パーセントのIR2および30パーセントの高MWポリイソシアナート(トリマーオリゴマーを含む)を含んでいることを示す。
Claims (10)
- 一方のコンポーネントとして、ビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサンから製造された1種以上のイソシアヌラートを有するポリイソシアナート組成物、別のコンポーネントとして1種以上の高固形分ポリオール、並びにいずれかもしくは双方のコンポーネントに脂肪族第三級アミン、環式脂肪族第三級アミンおよびこれらの混合物から選択される1種以上の第三級アミン触媒を含み、
有機スズ触媒を実質的に含まない2コンポーネントポリウレタン組成物。 - 1種以上の亜鉛アミン化合物をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 高固形分ポリオールが2以上の第一級ヒドロキシル基を有するアクリルポリオールもしくはポリエステルポリオールである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記イソシアヌラートを有するポリイソシアナート組成物が1,3−および1,4−ビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサンの混合物から製造される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 第三級アミン触媒がトリエチレンジアミン(TEDA)、ジアザビシクロ[5.4.0]ウンデセ−7−エン化合物、および他の第三級アミン化合物から選択される請求項1に記載の組成物。
- トリエチレンジアミンおよび1,8−ジアザビシクロ[5.4.0]ウンデセ−7−エン化合物第三級アミン触媒の量が、ポリイソシアナートおよびポリオール固形分の合計を基準にして0.1〜1重量%の範囲であり、かつ他の第三級アミン触媒の量がポリイソシアナートおよびポリオール固形分の合計を基準にして0.2〜4.0重量%の範囲である請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリオールがポリオールおよび溶媒の全重量を基準にして60〜100重量%の範囲の固形分量を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- ポリイソシアナートを有するコンポーネントにおいて、前記組成物が脂肪族ジイソシアナートから製造されたイソシアヌラートを有する1種以上のポリイソシアナート組成物をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 2コンポーネントポリウレタン着色もしくはクリアコートコーティング組成物である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1に記載された組成物から製造された塗膜であって、コーティングされた基体をさらに含む塗膜。
