Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle equipped with a doorway opening / closing device such as a bus, and more particularly to a doorway door safety device.

Conventionally, vehicles such as buses have a gate opening / closing device, and when the vehicle is stopped, by operating the gate opening / closing switch from the driver's seat, the door of the gate is operated via the gate opening / closing device. Can be opened and closed.
In addition, in the event of an emergency, the entrance door is provided with an in-vehicle manual handle for manually operating the door from the inside of the vehicle and an out-of-vehicle manual handle for manually operating the door from the outside of the vehicle. It has been.
The door of the entrance / exit has a lock mechanism (mechanical lock mechanism) that is mechanically locked when the entrance / exit is closed so that the door does not accidentally operate during travel of the vehicle. The entrance / exit door opening / closing device controls the entrance / exit door so that the door of the entrance / exit does not operate accidentally.
When the occupant operates the in-vehicle manual handle or the out-of-vehicle manual handle, the door of the entrance / exit can be operated by changing the lock mechanism from the locked state to the unlocked state.
The in-vehicle manual handle is provided at a position where it is difficult for the occupant (or passenger) to reach, and it cannot be operated simply by touching it. However, if it is accidentally operated during driving, it is not preferable for safety.

One end of the drive side arm A1 is fixed to the turning member 23 of the drive means 21, and the other end of the drive side arm A1 is connected to one end of the door side arm A2. The other end of the door side arm A2 is connected to a connecting member 18 provided on the front door piece 12. Further, as shown in FIGS. 2B and 2C and FIG. 5, a clutch 22 is provided between the driving means 21 and the turning member 23, and the drive force transmission path of the driving means 21 is connected. It is configured so that it can be opened.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the control means 80 includes a doorway opening / closing switch Sk provided at the driver's seat and the like, a traveling state detecting means Sv for detecting whether or not the vehicle 3 is in a traveling state, and the folding door 10. The lock state detection means Ss for detecting whether or not is in the closed lock state is input. The traveling state detection means Sv detects whether or not the vehicle 3 is traveling. In the present embodiment, the vehicle speed sensor is used, but other sensors may be used for detection.
The control means 80 outputs a drive signal to the clutch drive means 27 for connecting or releasing the clutch 22 of the entrance / exit opening / closing device 20 and the drive means 21 for turning the turning member 23 when the clutch 22 is connected.
The clutch 22 described in the present embodiment is, for example, an electromagnetic clutch, which connects a power transmission path when energized by the clutch drive means 27 and connects the power transmission path when deenergized. The so-called normal open type is used.

When the folding door 10 in the closed lock state (the state shown in FIG. 4A) is operated by the driving means 21, the control means 80 connects the clutch 22 to drive the driving means 21. Then, the drive side arm A1 fixed to the turning member 23 turns, and the door side arm A2 connected to the drive side arm A1 pulls the front door piece 12 in the opening direction, and passes through the state of FIG. As shown in FIG. 4C, the entrance / exit 50 reaches the fully open state in step S. When the door side arm A2 starts pulling the folding door 10 from the fully closed state of the entrance 50 shown in FIG. 4 (A), the cable 26 shown in FIGS. 2 (B) and 2 (C) is pulled and the lock shaft is pulled. By pulling 63 downward, the lock pin 62 is configured to be released from the fitting portion to be unlocked.

● [Processing of control means (Fig. 6)]
Next, the processing procedure of the control means 80 will be described using the flowchart shown in FIG.
For example, the control unit 80 executes the process shown in FIG. 6 at regular intervals.
In step S10, the control means 80 determines whether or not the vehicle 3 is stopped based on the detection signal from the traveling state detection means Sv. If it is determined that the vehicle is stopped (Yes), the process proceeds to step S20. If it is determined that the vehicle is not stopped (No (traveling)), the process proceeds to step S50.
When it progresses to step S20, the control means 80 determines whether the entrance / exit opening / closing switch Sk is operated. If it is determined that it is operated (Yes), the process proceeds to step S30, and if it is determined that it is not operated (No), the process proceeds to step S80.
When the process proceeds to step S30, the control unit 80 outputs a drive signal to the clutch drive unit 27 to connect the clutch 22, and the process proceeds to step S40.
In step S40, the control means 80 drives the drive means 21 in the direction in which the entrance / exit 50 is opened or the direction in which the entrance / exit 50 is closed according to the operation state of the entrance / exit opening / closing switch Sk, and the process is terminated.

When it progresses to step S50, the control means 80 determines whether the folding door 10 is a lock release state based on the detection signal of the lock state detection means Ss. If it is determined that the lock is released (Yes), the process proceeds to step S60. If it is determined that the lock is not released (No), the process proceeds to step S80.
When the process proceeds to step S60, the control unit 80 outputs a drive signal to the clutch drive unit 27 to connect the clutch 22, and the process proceeds to step S70.
In step S70, the control means 80 stops the drive means 21 without outputting a drive signal, and ends the process.

When the process proceeds to step S80, the control unit 80 releases the clutch 22 without outputting a drive signal to the clutch drive unit 27, and the process proceeds to step S90.
In step S90, the control means 80 stops the drive means 21 without outputting a drive signal, and ends the process.

In the above processing, when the vehicle 3 is stopped, by operating the entrance / exit opening / closing switch Sk provided in the driver's seat or the like, in the flow of Step S10-Step S20-Step S30-Step S40, The folding door 10 can be operated to open and close the entrance 50.
Further, when the vehicle 3 is stopped and there is no operation of the entrance / exit opening / closing switch Sk, the clutch 22 is turned off (disengaged) in the flow of step S10-step S20-step S80-step S90. Regardless of which one of the in-vehicle manual handle 60 and the out-of-vehicle manual handle 70 is operated, the door 50 can be opened by moving the folding door 10 with the folding door 10 unlocked.
Further, even when the in-vehicle manual handle 60 is erroneously operated while the vehicle 3 is traveling and the folding door 10 is changed from the closed locked state to the unlocked state, Step S10—Step S50—Step S60—Step S70. In this flow, when the clutch 22 is turned on (connected state) and the driving means 21 is stopped and the folding door 10 is to be operated, the driving means 21 is used as a braking device, so the entrance 50 is opened. Can be prohibited.
Note that a notification unit such as a buzzer or an indicator may be provided, and when the unlocked state is detected during traveling, the control unit 80 may be used to output an alarm from the notification unit.
