Abstract
【解決手段】互いに噛み合う複数の歯車を有する歯車列の噛み合い部21にオイルOLを供給する給油ノズル25と、前記オイルOLを排出する排油口41とを有し、前記歯車列を覆うシュラウド7と、前記シュラウド7を覆い、下部に前記排油口41から排出されたオイルOLを外部に吸い出す吸出し口43を有するハウジング9とを備える歯車列の潤滑装置において、前記シュラウド7と前記ハウジング9との間に、前記シュラウド7の排油口41から排出されたオイルOLを前記シュラウド7とハウジング9の間の空間Sを通って下方に向かうように案内するガイド体47を設ける。

Claims (7)
- 互いに噛み合う複数の歯車を有する歯車列の噛み合い部にオイルを供給する給油ノズルと、前記オイルを排出する排油口とを有し、前記歯車列を覆うシュラウドと、
前記シュラウドを覆い、下部に前記排油口から排出されたオイルを外部に吸い出す吸出し口を有するハウジングと、
前記シュラウドと前記ハウジングの間に設けられて前記シュラウドの排油口から排出されたオイルを前記シュラウドとハウジングの間の空間を通って下方に向かうように案内するガイド体と、
を備えた歯車列の潤滑装置。 - 請求項1において、前記シュラウドの上部と下部に前記排油口が形成され、前記下部の排油口よりも下方に前記吸出し口が配置されている歯車列の潤滑装置。
- 請求項2において、前記ガイド体は前記シュラウドの上壁から上方または下壁から下方に突出している歯車列の潤滑装置。
- 請求項1において、前記シュラウドの上部にのみ前記排油口が形成されている歯車列の潤滑装置。
- 請求項4において、前記ガイド体は前記シュラウドの側壁に沿って配置され、前記排油口からの前記オイルが前記歯車の回転軸の周囲から前記シュラウド内に侵入するのを防止しながら下方に案内する歯車列の潤滑装置。
- 請求項5において、前記ガイド体の下端縁が前記回転軸が貫通する前記シュラウドの貫通孔よりも下方に位置している歯車列の潤滑装置。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項において、前記ガイド体が前記シュラウドに取り付けられている歯車列の潤滑装置。
