Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electric power steering apparatus.
Conventionally, there is a motor control device that converts a DC voltage supplied from a DC power source into three-phase (U, V, W) driving power by a PWM inverter and supplies the driving power to a brushless motor.
As shown in FIG. 8, the PWM inverter connects three
By the way, in such a motor control device, normally, in order to prevent a short circuit (arm short circuit) between the high-
In particular, in an electric power steering device (EPS) using such a motor control device, torque ripple and vibration reduce steering feeling, and abnormal noise impairs quietness in the passenger compartment.
Therefore, conventionally, in many motor control apparatuses including those for EPS, dead time compensation is performed to reduce an error between the voltage command value and the output voltage in order to suppress current distortion caused by the dead time. It is.
For example, in
Specifically, the current direction of the x phase corresponding to the arm 52 (x phase = u, v, w, etc.) is the direction from the
In the above-described conventional electric power steering apparatus, each phase current value of the driven motor is detected, and a predetermined dead time compensation amount is added to each phase voltage command value according to the positive or negative of each detected phase current value. I was subtracting. However, if each phase current value becomes a small value near zero, it will be difficult to judge whether each phase current value is positive or negative due to the splashing of each phase current value, so the dead time compensation amount will be compensated in the wrong direction. There existed a subject that there exists a possibility of generating a vibration and abnormal noise.
Regarding the above problem, the present inventor considers that the cause is that the dead time compensation amount is determined by the direction in which each phase current value flows, and responds to the sign of each phase current command value of the driven motor. Thus, a predetermined dead time compensation amount is determined, and this dead time compensation amount is added to or subtracted from each phase voltage command value. As a result, vibration and abnormal noise near zero were considerably attenuated, but the vibration and abnormal noise did not disappear, leaving room for further improvement.
An object of the present invention is to provide an electric power steering apparatus that reduces the occurrence of vibration and abnormal noise from a motor, performs stable dead time compensation, and has a good steering feeling.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the invention described in
Even if the electric power steering device of this claim is in a case where each phase current command value is within a predetermined range near the zero cross and frequently crosses between a positive value and a negative value close to the zero value due to noise, The sign of the dead time compensation amount does not change. Therefore, the electric power steering apparatus according to the present invention can effectively suppress a phenomenon in which the dead time compensation amount frequently crosses between a positive value and a negative value. As a result, the electric power steering apparatus according to the present invention can prevent the generation of noise from the motor and improve the steering feeling.

The CPU 29 detects each state quantity at a predetermined sampling period, and generates a motor control signal by executing each arithmetic processing shown in the following control blocks at every predetermined period.

The CPU 29 executes current feedback control in the d / q coordinate system by mapping each phase current value Iu, Iv, Iw to the d / q coordinate system (d / q conversion). Then, a DUTY command value for determining the on / off timing of the FET constituting the
More specifically, the steering torque τ detected by the
The q-axis current command value Iq * calculated by the current command
The d-axis voltage command value Vd * and the q-axis voltage command value Vq * calculated by the PI control calculation units 33 and 34 are input to the d / q reverse
In addition, the CPU 29 includes a dead time
The dead time
Here, the output signal of the motor
Therefore, the
Iu*=Iq* sinθ
Here, the state flags FLG1 and FLG2 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 4 shows the U-phase current command value (the concept is the same for the V-phase and the W-phase, so the description is omitted). The U-phase current command value is expressed by equation (1) as a product of the q-axis current command value Iq * and the motor rotation angle θ sinθ.
Iu * = Iq * sinθ (1)
FIG. 5 is a graph in FIG. 4, after the U-phase current command value Iu * passes through a predetermined range value (−ε) on the negative side of a predetermined range set in the vicinity of the zero cross from the negative value region, and after passing through the zero point. The progress of going out to the positive value area through the predetermined range value (ε) on the positive side of the predetermined range is enlarged and displayed.
Here, the state flag FLG1 is a flag indicating that the U-phase current command value Iu * is within a predetermined range near the zero cross from the negative value region, and the U-phase current command value Iu * is a negative value region. When the point A is reached (Iu * = − ε), “1” is written in the state flag FLG1 (“1” indicates that the state flag FLG1 is set). Further, after the U-phase current command value Iu * passes through the zero point, “0” is written to the state flag FLG1 at the point B (Iu * = ε) that exits from the predetermined range near the zero cross to the positive value region. ("0" indicates that the status flag FLG1 has been reset).
In addition, the dead time compensation amount is −β (L1) until “1” is written in the state flag FLG1 at the point A where the U-phase current command value Iu * falls within a predetermined range near the zero cross from the negative value region. Become. Then, when “1” is written in the status flag FLG1, the dead time compensation amount becomes β (H1). When “1” is written in the state flag FLG1, the state flag FLG1 is not reset unless the U-phase current command value Iu * is out of a predetermined range near the zero cross.
Therefore, after the U-phase current command value Iu * enters the predetermined range near the zero cross, even if the U-phase current command value Iu * splashes near the zero cross and frequently crosses the positive and negative, The time compensation amount does not change from β (H1). That is, even when each phase current command value Iu * derived from the equation (1) frequently crosses between a positive value and a negative value due to noise on the motor position detector that detects the motor rotation angle θ. Accordingly, the dead time compensation amount is not switched.
FIG. 6 is a graph of FIG. 4, in which the U-phase current command value Iu * passes through a predetermined range value (ε) on the positive side of a predetermined range set in the vicinity of the zero cross from the positive value region, passes through the zero point, The progress of going out to the negative value region through the predetermined range value (−ε) on the negative side of the predetermined range is enlarged and displayed.
Here, the state flag FLG2 is a flag indicating that the U-phase current command value Iu * is within a predetermined range near the zero cross from the positive value region, and the U-phase current command value Iu * is a positive value region. When reaching point C (Iu * = ε) from “1”, “1” is written in the state flag FLG2 (“1” indicates that the state flag FLG2 is set). Further, after the U-phase current command value Iu * passes through the zero point, “0” is set in the state flag FLG2 at the point D (Iu * = − ε) that goes out from the predetermined range near the zero cross to the negative value region. Written ("0" indicates that the status flag FLG2 has been reset).
Further, the dead time compensation amount is β (H2) until “1” is written in the state flag FLG2 at the point C where the U-phase current command value Iu * falls within a predetermined range near the zero cross from the positive value region. . Then, when “1” is written in the status flag FLG2, the dead time compensation amount becomes −β (L2). When “1” is written in the state flag FLG2, the state flag FLG2 is not reset unless the U-phase current command value Iu * is out of a predetermined range near the zero cross.
Therefore, after the U-phase current command value Iu * enters the predetermined range near the zero cross, even if the U-phase current command value Iu * splashes near the zero cross and frequently crosses the positive and negative, The amount of time compensation does not change from −β (L2). That is, even when each phase current command value Iu * derived from the equation (1) frequently crosses between a positive value and a negative value due to noise on the motor position detector that detects the motor rotation angle θ. Accordingly, the dead time compensation amount is not switched.
Next, the motor control processing procedure by the CPU 29 of this embodiment will be described.
In the present embodiment, the CPU 29 executes each processing of Step 701 to Step 709 shown in the flowchart of FIG. 7 at predetermined intervals (for example, every 200 μsec) by a scheduled interruption.
That is, the CPU 29 first detects each state quantity (phase current values Iu, Iv, Iw, rotation angle θ, steering torque τ, vehicle speed V) based on the output signals of the sensors (step 701). A q-axis current command value Iq * and a d-axis current command value Id * (Id * = 0), which are control targets for assist torque generated by the
Next, the CPU 29 executes a feedback control calculation (proportional / integral control) based on a deviation between the d-axis current command value Id * and the d-axis current value Id and the q-axis current command value Iq * and the q-axis current value Iq. Thus, the d-axis voltage command value Vd * and the q-axis voltage command value Vq * are calculated (step 704).
Subsequently, the CPU 29 converts the d-axis voltage command value Vd * and the q-axis voltage command value Vq * calculated in step 704 into the three-phase voltage command values Vu *, Vv *, Vw by d / q inverse conversion. * Is converted (step 705). Then, based on the phase voltage command values Vu *, Vv *, and Vw *, DUTY command values αu, αv, and αw are generated for each phase (DUTY command value calculation, step 706).
Next, the CPU 29 reads out the corresponding dead time compensation amount β from the dead time
Next, details of the dead time compensation calculation in step 708 will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
The dead time
Then, the dead time
When the absolute value of the phase current command value Ix * of each phase is smaller than the absolute value of the predetermined range value ± ε near the zero cross (| Ix * | <| ± ε |, step 307: NO), that is, the phase current command value When Ix * falls within a predetermined range near the zero cross, the dead time compensation amount β obtained from the dead time
In the above step 307, when the absolute value of the phase current command value Ix * of each phase is equal to or larger than the absolute value of the predetermined range value ± ε near the zero cross (| Ix * | ≧ | ± ε |, step 307: YES) That is, when the phase current command value Ix * of each phase does not belong to the predetermined range near the zero cross, “0” is written to the state flag FLG1 (reset state flag FLG1; step 308), and the process proceeds to step 310. . In step 310, the dead time
When each phase current command value Ix * is smaller than zero (Ix * <0, Step 310: NO), that is, when each phase current command value Ix * is a negative value, the dead time
On the other hand, in step 311, when each phase current command value Ix * is equal to or less than the negative predetermined range value −ε (Ix * ≦ −ε, step 311: YES), that is, the phase current command value Ix * of each phase is If it does not belong to the predetermined range near the zero cross, the dead time compensation amount β is subtracted from each phase DUTY command value αx (step 314), and each phase DUTY command value αx ′ after dead time compensation is converted into a PWM output unit. 41 (step 321).
In step 310, when each phase current command value Ix * is zero or more (Ix * ≧ 0, step 310: YES), that is, when each phase current command value Ix * is a positive value, It is determined whether or not the command value Ix * is equal to or less than a positive predetermined range value ε (step 317). When each phase current command value Ix * is greater than a positive predetermined range value ε (Ix *> ε, Step 317: NO), that is, when the phase current command value Ix * of each phase does not belong to a predetermined range near the zero cross In this case, the dead time compensation amount β is added to each phase DUTY command value αx (step 319), and each phase DUTY command value αx ′ after dead time compensation is output to the PWM output unit 41 (step 321).
On the other hand, when each phase current command value Ix * is equal to or less than a positive predetermined range value ε (Ix * ≦ ε, Step 317: YES), that is, the phase current command value Ix * of each phase is within a predetermined range near the zero cross. If it belongs, “1” is written to the state flag FLG2 (the state flag FLG2 set, step 318), the dead time compensation amount β is subtracted from each phase DUTY command value αx (step 320), and after dead time compensation The phase DUTY command value αx ′ is output to the PWM output unit 41 (step 321).
If the state flag FLG1 is not “1” in step 306 (step 306: NO), the dead time
On the other hand, if the state flag FLG2 is “1” in step 309 (step 309: YES), whether or not the phase current command value Ix * of each phase does not belong to a predetermined range near the zero cross, It is determined whether or not the absolute value of the phase current command value Ix * of the phase is equal to or greater than the absolute value of a predetermined range value ± ε near the zero cross (step 315).
When the absolute value of the phase current command value Ix * of each phase is equal to or larger than the absolute value of the predetermined range value ± ε near the zero cross (| Ix * | ≧ | ± ε |, step 315: YES), that is, the phase current When the command value Ix * does not belong to the predetermined range near the zero cross, “0” is written to the state flag FLG2 (reset state flag FLG2, step 316), the process proceeds to step 310, and is the same as the above-described step 310 and subsequent steps Execute the process.
In step 315, when the absolute value of the phase current command value Ix * of each phase is smaller than the absolute value of the predetermined range value ± ε near the zero cross (| Ix * | <| ± ε |, step 315: NO) That is, when the phase current command value Ix * belongs to a predetermined range in the vicinity of the zero cross, the dead time compensation amount β is subtracted from each phase DUTY command value αx (step 320), and each after the dead time compensation is performed. The phase DUTY command value αx ′ is output to the PWM output unit 41 (step 321).
As described above, the dead time
Next, the operation and effect of the
As described above, when each phase current command value Iu * derived from the equation (1) becomes a value close to zero cross, noise is added to the motor position detector that detects the motor rotation angle θ. The phase current command value Iu * frequently causes a cross between a positive value and a negative value. Therefore, when the dead time compensation amount is determined according to the sign of each phase current command value as in the conventional EPS, the place where the dead time compensation amount β should be originally added to each phase DUTY command value αx is subtracted. Otherwise, the part to be subtracted may be added and the current distortion may be promoted. On the other hand, even if correct compensation is performed, if addition and subtraction are repeated in a short time, vibration and noise may occur. .
In view of this point, the
In addition, you may change this embodiment as follows.
(1) In this embodiment, the dead time compensation amount β having the same magnitude is used regardless of the positive value / negative value of each phase current command value Iu *, but the positive value / You may use properly the dead time compensation amount from which a magnitude | size differs according to a negative value.
(2) In the present embodiment, the predetermined range value ε for determining the predetermined range in the vicinity of the zero cross is set to the same value regardless of the positive region / negative region, but of course, it may be different depending on the positive region / negative region.
(3) In the present embodiment, the predetermined range value ε for determining the predetermined range in the vicinity of the zero cross is the same regardless of the magnitude of each phase current command value, but each phase current command value calculation unit calculates each phase current command value The predetermined range value ε may be determined so as to increase linearly or nonlinearly as the phase current command value increases.
(4) In the present embodiment, the same dead time compensation amount β is used in each of the U, V, and W phases, but each phase dead time compensation amount βx corresponding to each phase of the U, V, and W phases. May be used properly.
(5) In the present embodiment, when each phase current command value Ix * that falls within a predetermined range near the zero cross goes out of the predetermined range again, the state flag FLG1 (or the state flag FLG2) is immediately reset. The configuration was However, the present invention is not limited to such a configuration. For example, when each phase current command value Ix * that has entered the predetermined range near the zero cross from the negative value region again goes out of the predetermined range on the negative side, each phase current command value Ix * has multiple cycles ( For example, the state flag FLG1 may be reset only when it is confirmed that it is outside the predetermined range continuously for two cycles or more. Similarly, regarding the state flag FLG2, when each phase current command value Ix * that has entered the predetermined range near the zero cross from the positive value region again goes out of the predetermined range on the positive side, The state flag FLG2 may be reset only when it is confirmed that the current command value Ix * is outside the predetermined range continuously for a plurality of cycles (for example, two cycles) or more. By having such a configuration, even when each phase current command value Ix * jumps in and out of the predetermined range near the upper and lower limit values (± ε) of the predetermined range, the dead time compensation value β is Accordingly, it is possible to effectively prevent frequent switching.
(6) In the present embodiment, the present invention is embodied in the column assist EPS, but the present invention may be applied to a rack assist EPS and a pinion assist EPS.
