少なくとも1つの前記複数の壁(14)上に配置され且つ前記支持機構(20)により少なくとも部分的に支持される材料層(18)を備えることを特徴とする補強体(10)。 - 前記支持機構(20)は、前記キャリア(12)と一体的に形成される少なくとも1つのリブ(22)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の補強体(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのリブ(22)は、前記壁(14)の縁部に平行に且つ間隔を有し、少なくとも1つの前記複数の壁(14)の表面から延在することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の補強体(10)。
- 前記支持機構(20)は、少なくとも1つの前記複数の壁(14)の縁部と一体的に形成され且つその縁部から延在する少なくとも1つのリブ(22)を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の補強体(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのリブ(22)は、前記壁(14)に対して角度αで前記縁部から延在することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の補強体(10)。
- 前記角度αは10度から60度までであることを特徴する請求項5に記載の補強体(10)。

- 前記支持機構(20)は、前記複数の壁(14)の少なくとも1つの表面と一体的に形成され、且つその表面から延在する複数のピン(28)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の補強体(10)。
- 前記支持機構は、前記材料層(18)を前記キャリア(12)に接続するためのコネクタピン(36)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の補強体(10)。
- 前記コネクタピン(36)は、剛体部分(38)、前記剛体部分と一体的に形成されたヘッド部分(40)、及び前記剛体部分(38)と一体的に形成され且つ前記ヘッド部分(40)と間隔を空けて存在する変形可能部分(42)を含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の補強体(10)。
- 前記変形可能な部分(42)及び前記剛体部分(38)は円柱状断面を有し、前記変形可能な部分(42)は少なくとも部分的に中空であり且つ開口を有しており、前記ヘッド部分(40)が概ね円状周辺であり、少なくとも1つの側上で丸まっていることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のコネクタピン(36)。

- コネクタピン(36)の変形可能部分(42)を変形するステップが、前記第1力(F1)と反対の方向に、第2力(F2)を、前記コネクタピン(36)のヘッドに加えるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記第1力(F1)と前記第2力(F2)は同時に加えられることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記第1力(F1)を前記変形可能部分(42)に加えるステップは、ツール(44)を前記変形可能部分(42)の開放端部に挿入するステップを含み、前記ツール(44)は前記第1力(F1)を前記変形可能部分(42)の内側表面に対して加えるようにすることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法。
