Description
手術時、その末端領域が図1に示したように見える送り込み装置は、体腔内に径管腔的に導入し且つ、それ自体、既知の仕方にて前進させ、ステントの配置が望まれる身体内の箇所に末端があるようにする。ステントを配備すべき時点にて、ハンドユニットを起動させ、その基端56からプルワイヤー52に引っ張り応力を加える。この引っ張り応力は、末端シース14に伝達され、該末端シースは、基端方向に動き、没入シース26はケーシング管40内まで摺動する。該ステント12は、外側シース14と共に、基端方向に運ばれる傾向となるが、この傾向は、ステント支持管18のクッション20が被覆したステントの内面と相互作用することによって阻止される。ステント支持管18が外側シース14と共に基端方向に動く全ての傾向は、圧縮応力による抵抗を受け、この圧縮応力は、起動ユニットからカテーテル管64に沿って、伝達リング62を通り、且つ複合的カテーテル部分24に沿って、接続リング22内にてステント支持管18と、従って、クッション部20及びステントと端部同士が当接する迄、全経路を渡って発生される。
Claims (17)
- 末端のカテーテル構成要素と、該末端のカテーテル構成要素及び前記ステントに対して基端方向に動くことにより前記ステントを解放する末端シースとを備える、自己膨張型のステント用のカテーテルの送り込み装置であって、管である基端のカテーテル軸と、該管の管腔内のプルワイヤーとを有し、該プルワイヤーは、前記末端シースに装着され、これにより該プルワイヤーを前記管に対して基端方向に引っ張ると、前記末端シースは基端方向に引っ張られ、前記ステントを該ステントの末端から開始して漸進的に解放し、前記カテーテル軸の管は、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素の基端領域に装着され且つ、前記外側シースが基端方向に引っ張られたとき、該ステントの基端方向への動きに抵抗する作用を果たす、前記カテーテルの送り込み装置において、
前記カテーテル軸を取り囲むケーシング管であって、末端シースの基端を伸縮可能に受け入れる末端を有する前記ケーシング管を備え、前記プルワイヤーは、前記ケーシング管の管腔内にて末端シースの基端領域に固定されることを特徴とする、カテーテルの送り込み装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記ケーシング管は、起動装置のハブに固定された基端を有する、装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の装置において、前記プルワイヤーを末端シースの基端領域の半径方向外面上にて保持するリングを含み、該リングは、前記末端シースの前記半径方向外面を抱持する、装置。
- 請求項1から3の何れかの項に記載の装置において、前記プルワイヤーの末端領域は、厚さを薄くし、前記末端シースの円筒状外面の半径に相応する半径を有する円筒状面の一部分の形状とされ、これにより、前記厚さを薄くした端部領域は、前記末端シースの半径方向外面と面一に又はほぼ面一に位置することができる、装置。
- 請求項1から4の何れかの項に記載の装置において、前記末端シースは、没入管と、前記被覆したステントを抱持する末端部分とを有し、該末端部分は、前記没入管の末端が固定状態に受け入れられた開放した基端を有し、前記没入管は、前記ケーシング管の前記管腔の前記末端の開放端内に収縮可能に受け入れられた基端領域を有する、装置。
- 請求項1から5の何れかの項に記載の装置において、前記末端シースは、使用時、前記ステントの末端側に配置される末端を有し、該末端は、装置の非外傷性の先端を提供するように半径方向内方にテーパーが付けられる、装置。
- 末端のカテーテル構成要素と、該末端のカテーテル構成要素及び前記ステントに対して基端方向に動くことにより前記ステントを解放する末端シースとを備える、自己膨張型のステント用のカテーテルの送り込み装置であって、管である基端のカテーテル軸と、該管の管腔内のプルワイヤーとを有し、該プルワイヤーは、前記末端シースに装着され、これにより該プルワイヤーを前記管に対して基端方向に引っ張ると、前記末端シースは基端方向に引っ張られ、前記ステントを該ステントの末端から開始して漸進的に解放し、前記カテーテル軸の管は、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素の基端領域に装着され且つ、前記外側シースが基端方向に引っ張られたとき、該ステントの基端方向への動きに抵抗する作用を果たす、前記カテーテルの送り込み装置において、
前記カテーテル軸を保持する管腔であって、末端カテーテル構成要素の基端をカテーテル軸の末端と並べて受け入れる開放した末端を有し、隣接するガイドワイヤー管腔を規定する前記管腔を備える基端シースを含む内側構成要素を備え、該隣接するガイドワイヤー管腔は、前記基端シースの管腔と、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素の長さを伸びる管腔との組み合わせた長さだけ伸び、これにより、該送り込み装置を「オーバーザワイヤー」型の1つの部材にすることを特徴とする、装置。 - 請求項7に記載の装置において、前記管の前記末端は、管の軸線の一側部に対して、伝達リングを支持し、該伝達リングは、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素の基端を抱持する、装置。
- 請求項7又は8に記載の装置において、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素は、使用時、前記ステントの管腔内に配置されるステントの支持管内に末端方向に伸びる、装置。
- 請求項9に記載の装置において、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素は、前記ステントの支持管と端部同士を合わせて且つ該支持管の基端側に配設された複合的カテーテル部分を有し、該カテーテル部分は、前記複合的カテーテル構成要素の管腔と同軸状であるら旋状ワイヤーを含み、該ら旋状ワイヤーは、前記ステントを解放する間、前記複合的カテーテル部分が軸端部方向に圧縮されたとき、前記複合的カテーテル部分を曲らないように補強する作用を果たす、装置。
- 請求項9又は10に記載の装置において、前記複合的カテーテル部分の末端と、前記ステントの支持管の基端とをその管腔内に受け入れる接続管を含み、該接続管は、前記支持管の前記管腔内にて端部同士を合わせて互いに当接する、装置。
- 請求項7から11の何れかの項に記載の装置において、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素は、前記ステントの管腔内に配置された箇所であるその半径方向外面上に浮彫り加工部を含み、該浮彫り加工部は、前記ステントが前記末端のカテーテル構成要素に対して基端方向に相対的に軸方向に動くのに抵抗する目的のため、前記ステントの管腔面と係合する、装置。
- 請求項1から6の何れかの項に記載のカテーテルの送り込み装置において、請求項7から12の何れかの項に記載の内側構成要素を有する、カテーテルの送り込み装置。
- 末端のカテーテル構成要素と、該末端のカテーテル構成要素及び前記ステントに対して基端方向に動くことにより前記ステントを解放する末端シースとを備える、自己膨張型のステント用のカテーテルの送り込み装置であって、管である基端のカテーテル軸と、該管の管腔内のプルワイヤーとを有し、該プルワイヤーは、前記末端シースに装着され、これにより該プルワイヤーを前記管に対して基端方向に引っ張ると、前記末端シースは基端方向に引っ張られ、前記ステントを該ステントの末端から開始して漸進的に解放し、前記カテーテル軸の管は、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素の基端領域に装着され且つ、前記外側シースが基端方向に引っ張られたとき、該ステントの基端方向への動きに抵抗する作用を果たす、前記カテーテルの送り込み装置において、
前記カテーテル軸を保持する管腔であって、末端のカテーテル構成要素の基端をカテーテル軸の末端と並べて受け入れる開放した末端を有する管腔であって、隣接するガイドワイヤー管腔を規定する前記管腔を備える基端シースを含みむ内側構成要素であって、該隣接するガイドワイヤー管腔は、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素の長さだけ伸びる前記内側構成要素と、
前記カテーテル軸を取り囲むケーシング管であって、前記末端シースの基端を伸縮可能に受け入れる末端を有し、前記末端シースの基端領域に固定されたプルワイヤーを有する、前記ケーシング管とを備えることを特徴とする、カテーテルの送り込み装置。 - 請求項1から14の何れかの項に記載のカテーテルの送り込み装置において、前記基端カテーテル軸の管及び前記末端のカテーテル構成要素の基端領域の双方は、実質的に又は全体的に金属にて構成される、カテーテルの送り込み装置。
- 請求項14に記載の装置において、前記基端領域は、前記末端のカテーテル構成要素の長さに対して横方向のそれらの長さ方向を有する多数のスリットである長さ部分を備え、これにより前記末端のカテーテル構成要素の前記基端領域を曲げるときの可撓性を増加させるようにした、装置。
- 請求項15に記載の装置において、前記スリット付きの長さ部分は、最後に、前記ステントの基端の位置までの距離の大部分を通じて末端方向に伸びるようにした、装置。
