Abstract
Description
本開示は、寛骨臼カップに関し、より詳細には、調節可能に固定された増強部品を備える寛骨臼カップに関する。
自然の股関節は、様々な病因による退行性の変化を受けることがある。このような退行性の変化が著しく進行し、回復が不可能である場合、最終的に、自然の股関節を人工股関節に替えることが必要なこともある。寛骨臼(acetabulum)の修復が必要ならば、残りの関節軟骨の全てを寛骨臼から除去して、寛骨臼に、人工股関節の先端または球状部分を収容する寛骨臼プロテーゼを固定することが可能である。
患者の骨の中に移植するための整形外科用プロテーゼ(orthopedic prosthesis)は、シェル、増強部品、および固定部材を有していることが可能である。シェルは、骨の内部に貼り付けられるように構成されており、移植後の骨の成長を受け入れるように構成された外面を有し得る。シェルは、ライナー(liner)を嵌め込むように構成された内面を有し得る。シェルの外面と内面との間には、細長いスロットが伸び得る。増強部品は、ボディを規定し、該ボディを通る通路を有し得る。固定部材は、この通路およびスロットを通って伸び得る。固定部材は、増強部品がシェルとの相対運動を行うことが不可能なロック位置と、固定部材がスロットに沿ってスライド可能に行き来して、増強部品をシェルに対して複数の位置に配置するように構成された解除位置との間を移動可能である。

- 患者の骨の中に移植するための整形外科用プロテーゼであって、
上記骨の内部に貼り付けられるように構成されているとともに、外面、内面、および上記外面と上記内面との間を伸びる細長いスロットを備えるシェルと、
ボディを規定しているとともに、上記ボディを貫通する通路を備える増強部品と、
上記通路および上記スロットを通って伸びる固定部材と、を備え、
上記固定部材は、上記増強部品が上記シェルに対する相対運動を行うことが不可能なロック位置と、上記固定部材が上記スロット上の第1の位置と上記スロット上の第2の位置との間を移動することによって、上記増強部品を各上記第1の位置および上記第2の位置に配置するように構成された解除位置と、の間を移動可能である、整形外科用プロテーゼ。 - 上記スロットと上記シェルの内面との間の移行区域が、溝によって規定されている、請求項1に記載の整形外科用プロテーゼ。

上記骨の内部に貼り付けられるように構成されているとともに、外面、内面、および上記内面上に形成された細長いスロットを備えるシェルと、
ボディを規定する増強部品と、
上記スロットと上記増強部品との間を伸びる固定部材と、を備え、
上記固定部材は、上記増強部品が上記シェルに対する相対運動を行うことが不可能なロック位置と、上記固定部材が上記スロットに沿った様々な位置に配置されることによって、上記増強部品を上記シェルに対して複数の位置に配置するように構成された解除位置と、の間を移動可能である、整形外科用プロテーゼ。 - 上記スロットと上記シェルの内面との間の移行区域は、溝によって規定されており、

上記骨の内部に貼り付けられるように構成されているとともに、外面、内面、および上記内面の上に形成された第1の係合部を備えるシェルと、
ボディおよび上記ボディ上に形成された第2の係合部を規定する増強部品と、
上記第1の係合部と上記第2の係合部との間を伸びると共に、選択的に上記増強部品を上記カップに結合させる固定部材と、を備え、
上記固定部材は、上記増強部品が上記シェルに対する相対運動を行うことが不可能なロック位置と、上記増強部品が上記シェルの外面に沿ってスライド可能に連絡することによって、上記増強部品を上記シェルに対する複数の位置に配置するように構成された解除位置と、の間を移動可能である、整形外科用プロテーゼ。 - 上記第1の係合部および上記第2の係合部のうちの一方は、スロットを規定し、
上記固定部材は、留め具およびナットを規定し、
上記留め具は、上記スロットに沿って連絡することによって、上記増強部品を上記シェルに対する複数の位置に配置するように構成されている、請求項21に記載の整形外科用プロテーゼ。 - 上記増強部品のシェルに対向する面と上記シェルとの間には、複数の突起部が伸びており、
上記シェルに対向する面は、上記ロック位置において、上記突起部によって、上記シェルの外面から離隔されている、請求項21に記載の整形外科用プロテーゼ。 - 上記複数の突起部は、上記増強部品および上記シェルのうちの一方と選択的に結合される、取り外し可能な複数のスペーサを規定している、請求項23に記載の整形外科用プロテーゼ。
- 上記増強部品は、上記解除位置にある間に上記シェルの外面に沿ってスライド可能かつ自由に連絡する、シェルに対向する面を規定している、請求項21に記載の整形外科用プロテーゼ。
