Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射装置のための燃料噴射弁であって、不動の弁座(29)と、該燃料噴射弁の弁縦軸線(2)に沿って軸線方向に運動可能で前記弁座(29)と協働する弁閉鎖体(7)と、前記弁座(29)の下流側に配置された噴射開口部(30)とを備えている形式のものにおいて、該燃料噴射弁は弁スリーブ(35)を含んでおり、該弁スリーブは該弁スリーブの下流側の端部に湾曲部(37)を有しており、該湾曲部に前記噴射開口部(30)が直接に形成されていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
- 前記弁座(29)は、前記弁スリーブ(35)の内壁に一体に成形されている請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記湾曲部(37)は、回転対称で球冠状に若しくは放物線状に形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記噴射開口部(30)はスリット状に形成されている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記噴射開口部(30)の、スリット長手方向に延びるスリット壁面は噴射方向で互いに末広がりに発散している請求項4に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記噴射開口部(30)は垂直に形成され、若しくは前記弁スリーブ(35)の前記湾曲部(37)の表面の法線に対して斜めに形成されている請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記弁スリーブ(35)は深絞りによって加工成形されており、該加工成形の後に前記噴射開口部(30)の形成が行われている請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記噴射開口部(30)の開口輪郭は、超短パルスレーザーを用いて形成されている請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記弁閉鎖体(7)は、弁ニードル(5)に成形されており、該弁ニードルは深絞りによって形成されている請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記弁スリーブ(35)は、該弁スリーブの周囲にわたって分配されかつ内側に向けて形成された複数の案内部分(36)を備えており、該案内部分は弁ニードル(5)の案内のために用いられている請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記案内部分(36)は奇数で設けられている請求項10に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記弁スリーブ(35)の外周には、内側へ向けられた前記案内部分(36)の領域に凹み(41)が生じており、該凹みは、内側に形成される流れ通路(40)の寸法を規定している請求項10又は11に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記弁ニードル(5)に、フィルター(38)として用いられるスリット状のパターン成形部が形成されている請求項9又は10に記載の燃料噴射弁。
