【解決手段】チタン原子を中心原子として含有し、総炭素数7以上のヒドロキシカルボン酸を配位子として含有するチタン錯体を、高温高圧の水中下において処理する。

<評価方法>
(1)MALDI−TOF MS測定
(測定装置)
・BRUKER DALTONICS社製 autoflex
(測定条件)
・レーザー光源:N2レーザー(波長:337nm)
・測定モード:リフレクターモード、ネガティブイオンモード
・測定質量範囲(m/z):20〜3000
・積算回数:1500回
・マトリックス:Meso−tetrakis−(pentafluorophenyl)−porphyrin
<チタン錯体の調製>
実施例1
(配位子が2−ヒドロキシオクタン酸であるチタン錯体の調製)
500mLのビーカーに、30体積%過酸化水素水100mL(和光純薬工業社製)と、25質量%アンモニア水(和光純薬工業社製)25mLとを氷冷下で混合した。そして、それらにチタン粒子(和光純薬工業社製)1.5gを加え、完全に溶解するまで氷冷下で3時間攪拌した。次に、エタノール50mLに溶解させた2−ヒドロキシオクタン酸15.5g(チタン粒子:2−ヒドロキシオクタン酸=1:1.5(モル比))を加え攪拌した。全ての成分が溶解した後、攪拌を止め一昼夜静置した。その後、乾燥機において75℃で3時間乾燥させることにより、水溶性のチタン錯体を得た。
(配位子が3−ヒドロキシデカン酸であるチタン錯体の調製)
2−ヒドロキシオクタン酸15.5gに代えて、3−ヒドロキシデカン酸18.2g(チタン粒子:3−ヒドロキシデカン酸=1:1.5(モル比))を加えた以外は、実施例1と同様に処理して、水溶性のチタン錯体を得た。
(配位子がリンゴ酸であるチタン錯体の調製)
2−ヒドロキシオクタン酸15.5gに代えて、リンゴ酸13.0g(チタン粒子:リンゴ酸=1:1.5(モル比))を加えた以外は、実施例1と同様に処理して、水溶性のチタン錯体を得た。
(配位子がグリコール酸であるチタン錯体の調製)
2−ヒドロキシオクタン酸15.5gに代えて、グリコール酸7.2g(チタン粒子:グリコール酸=1:1.5(モル比))を加えた以外は、実施例1と同様に処理して、水溶性のチタン錯体を得た。
実施例3
5mLの高圧反応器(AKICO社製)に、実施例1で調製したチタン錯体0.5gと水2.3gとを仕込んだ。次いで、高圧反応器の蓋を締め、振とう式加熱炉(AKICO社製)にて、チタン錯体と水とを、400℃、40MPa下において10分間処理した。その後、高圧反応器を冷水中に投入することによって、急速冷却した。
実施例1で調製したチタン錯体に代えて、実施例2で調製したチタン錯体を用いた以外は、実施例3と同様にして、淡黄白色のルチル型の酸化チタン粒子(TiO2)を得た。
実施例1で調製したチタン錯体に代えて、比較例1で調製したチタン錯体を用いた以外は、実施例3と同様にして、茶色の酸化チタン粒子(TiO2)を得た。
実施例1で調製したチタン錯体に代えて、実施例4で調製したチタン錯体を用いた以外は、実施例3と同様にして、茶色の酸化チタン粒子(TiO2)を得た。
実施例1で調製したチタン錯体に代えて、チタンぺロキソクエン酸アンモニウム四水和物(商品名:TAS−FINE、フルウチ化学株式会社)を用いた以外は、実施例3と同様にして、茶色の酸化チタン粒子(TiO2)を得た。
Claims (9)
- チタン原子を中心原子として含有し、
総炭素数7以上のヒドロキシカルボン酸を配位子として含有することを特徴とする、チタン錯体。 - 前記ヒドロキシカルボン酸は、総炭素数7以上のヒドロキシアルカン酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のチタン錯体。
- 前記ヒドロキシアルカン酸は、直鎖状であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のチタン錯体。
- 前記ヒドロキシカルボン酸は、ヒドロキシモノカルボン酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のチタン錯体。
- 前記ヒドロキシカルボン酸は、モノヒドロキシカルボン酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のチタン錯体。
- 前記ヒドロキシカルボン酸の総炭素数が、13以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のチタン錯体。
- 前記ヒドロキシカルボン酸が、2−ヒドロキシカルボン酸および/または3−ヒドロキシカルボン酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のチタン錯体。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のチタン錯体を、高温高圧の水中下において、処理することにより得られることを特徴とする、酸化チタン粒子。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のチタン錯体を、高温高圧の水中下において、有処理することを特徴とする、酸化チタン粒子の製造方法。
