Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an induction heating cooker, and more particularly to an induction heating cooker that cools high-temperature components using a heat storage body.
An induction heating cooker such as a so-called IH cooking heater forms an eddy current near the surface of the pan by an alternating magnetic field generated when a high frequency current is supplied to an induction heating coil provided below a heated object such as a pan. The pan is heated by the Joule heat.
In an induction heating cooker, in order to stably heat a pan, it is necessary to stabilize an alternating magnetic field, and an induction heating coil that becomes particularly high at the time of driving and an inverter circuit that supplies a high-frequency current thereto (particularly a semiconductor) It is necessary to stabilize the temperature of the switching element within an allowable temperature range.
For this purpose, the conventional induction heating cooker is provided with a blower fan in the casing, and blows out cold air taken from the outside toward the semiconductor switching element and also flows around the induction heating coil, thereby causing the induction heating coil and the semiconductor switching to be performed. The device was configured to cool.
A general induction heating cooker is provided with a grill portion for cooking fish or the like in a casing, so that a space volume for disposing a blower fan is limited, and a circuit for mounting a semiconductor switching element or the like as the grill portion becomes larger The arrangement configuration of the substrate becomes complicated, and it becomes difficult to effectively cool the induction heating coil, the semiconductor switching element, and the induction heating coil. Further, as the number of wirings that electrically connect the circuit board, the induction heating coil, and the operation panel increases, the cooling air in the air passage from the blower fan is blocked by these components, and the semiconductor switching element (and induction heating) Efficient cooling of the coil) has been hindered.
In addition, since the semiconductor switching element has a particularly large calorific value, a heat sink is attached to expand the heat radiation area, and a larger capacity heat sink is required to obtain higher cooling performance. However, such a bulky heat sink further complicates the arrangement on the circuit board, increases the mounting density, and makes it difficult for the cooling air to flow.
Conventional induction cooking devices have been designed to ensure a sufficient amount of cooling air by increasing the rotational speed of the blower fan. However, the increase in the rotational speed of the blower fan is caused by the electric motor that drives the fan. It caused an increase in noise.
On the other hand, in addition to the one that cools the semiconductor switching element or the like with cooling air, for example,
However, in the conventional induction heating cooker that cools the semiconductor switching element or the like with cooling air, as described above, the cooling air is increased with the increase in the size of the grill part and the heat sink and the complexity of the arrangement configuration on the circuit board. Further improvement of the cooling effect using can not be expected so much.
Further, if the rotational speed of the blower fan is increased in order to secure the air volume from the blower fan necessary for maintaining the temperature of the induction heating coil and the semiconductor switching element at a low temperature, noise increases.
In general, the duct constituting the air passage is formed of resin or the like, and a gap is likely to be generated in the fitting portion. When cooling air is passed through the duct that accommodates the circuit board, the duct is quieted by a high-speed fan. When the pressure rises, air leaks out of the duct from the gap of the fitting portion (a bypass flow is generated), and sufficient cooling air does not hit the circuit board in the duct. Therefore, even if the rotational speed of the blower fan is increased, the cooling efficiency corresponding to the rotational speed of the blower fan cannot be realized due to the generation of the bypass flow.
In addition, when an ideal duct that does not generate a bypass flow is used to cool the circuit board with cooling air, the air path resistance increases, so that there is a case where a sufficient amount of air necessary for cooling cannot be secured.
In contrast to such a general air cooling system, the induction heating cooker described in
Moreover, although the power converter device of
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to realize an induction heating cooker capable of efficiently cooling high-temperature components with a very simple configuration.
An induction heating cooker according to the present invention includes a heating coil, a semiconductor switching element that supplies a high-frequency current to the heating coil, and a heat storage body thermally connected to the heating coil or the semiconductor switching element, The heat storage body stores heat generated in the heating coil or the semiconductor switching element when the heating coil is supplied with a high-frequency current from the semiconductor switching element.
According to the induction heating cooking device which concerns on this invention, the component which becomes high temperature by a very simple structure can be cooled efficiently.
Embodiments of an induction heating cooker according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the description of each embodiment and the attached drawings below, the same components are referred to by the same reference numerals.
The first embodiment of the induction heating cooker according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing the entire
Here, the
The

Further, the
Here, the
The
The
The amount of heat of the
The
As described above, the heat quantity of the
The amount of heat stored in the
4 is a plan view in which the
The coil
According to the
In addition, although the
With reference to FIG. 6,

Embodiment 5 FIG.
The fifth embodiment of the induction heating cooker according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to FIG. In the third embodiment, the
FIG. 8 is a partially broken perspective view similar to FIG. 6 showing the
Although the cooling air from the blower fan 54 shown in FIG. 8 is illustrated as cooling the
The sixth embodiment of the induction heating cooker according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to FIG. The
In the
Then, the induction
FIG. 9 is a circuit block diagram showing a schematic electrical configuration of the

Heat of the
Moreover, the
