Abstract
【解決手段】アクセス端末への送信のための帯域幅が、アクセス端末への送信のために利用可能な帯域幅より小さい好適な帯域幅に制限される。この制限された帯域幅内のサブキャリアに関連するプレコーディング情報は、異なるサブ帯域に関する順方向リンク・チャネル特性に関するフィードバックを提供し、帯域幅に関連付けられたチャネルでフィードバックされうる。

Claims (18)
- 通信のために利用可能なサブキャリアのうちの複数のセグメントのうちの1つであるセグメントからなる2またはそれ以上のサブキャリアを介して受信された信号を復号し、少なくとも1つのセグメントのプレコーディング情報を提供するように構成されたプロセッサと、
前記プレコーディング情報を送信するように構成された送信機と
を備える無線通信装置。 - 前記送信機は、前記少なくとも1つのセグメントに関連付けられたフィードバック・チャネルで前記プレコーディング情報を送信するように構成された請求項1に記載の無線通信装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記プレコーディング情報をプレコーディング・インデクスとして提供するように構成された請求項1に記載の無線通信装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、信号対雑音比を決定し、前記信号対雑音比の関数としてプレコーディング・インデクスを選択し、提供するように構成された請求項3に記載の無線通信装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記1または複数のサブキャリアを含むセグメントに加えて、サブキャリアのうちの少なくとも1つの他のセグメントのプレコーディング情報を提供するように構成された請求項1に記載の無線通信装置。
- 前記セグメントはサブ帯域を備える請求項1に記載の無線通信装置。
- サブキャリアのうち1または複数のセグメントのうちの1つであるセグメントからなる2またはそれ以上のサブキャリアを介して信号を受信することと、
前記受信した信号に基づいて、少なくとも1つのセグメントのプレコーディング情報を生成することと、
前記プレコーディング情報を送信することと
を備える無線通信装置。 - 前記送信することは、前記少なくとも1つのセグメントに関連付けられたフィードバック・チャネルで前記プレコーディング情報を送信することを備える請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記生成することは、前記プレコーディング情報をプレコーディング・インデクスとして生成することを備える請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記生成することは、信号対雑音比を決定することと、前記信号対雑音比の関数としてプレコーディング・インデクスを選択することとを備える請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記生成することは、前記1または複数のサブキャリアを含むセグメントに加えて、サブキャリアのうちの少なくとも1つの他のセグメントのプレコーディング情報を生成することを備える請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記セグメントはサブ帯域を備える請求項7に記載の方法。
- サブキャリアのうちの1または複数のセグメントのうちの1つであるセグメントからなる2またはそれ以上のサブキャリアを介して信号を受信する手段と、
前記受信した信号に基づいて、少なくとも1つのセグメントのプレコーディング情報を生成する手段と、
前記プレコーディング情報を送信する手段と
を備える無線通信デバイス。 - 前記送信することは、前記少なくとも1つのセグメントに関連付けられたフィードバック・チャネルで前記プレコーディング情報を送信することを備える請求項13に記載の無線通信装置。
- 前記生成することは、前記プレコーディング情報をプレコーディング・インデクスとして生成することを備える請求項13に記載の無線通信装置。
- 前記生成することは、信号対雑音比を決定することと、前記信号対雑音比の関数としてプレコーディング・インデクスを選択することとを備える請求項15に記載の無線通信装置。
- 前記生成することは、前記1または複数のサブキャリアを含むセグメントに加えて、サブキャリアのうちの少なくとも1つの他のセグメントのプレコーディング情報を生成することを備える請求項13に記載の無線通信装置。
- サブキャリアのうちの1または複数のセグメントのうちの1つであるセグメントからなる2またはそれ以上のサブキャリアを介して信号を受信する命令群と、
前記受信した信号に基づいて、少なくとも1つのセグメントのプレコーディング情報を生成する命令群と、
前記プレコーディング情報を送信する命令群と
を備えるコンピュータ読取可能媒体を備えるコンピュータ・プログラム製品。
