Abstract
【解決手段】向かい合う一対の第1側面部と前記第1側面部の端部と連結され、向かい合う一対の第2側面部及び向かい合う一対の平面部を備えるベアセルと、前記ベアセルと電気的に連結される保護回路モジュールと、前記ベアセルと前記保護回路モジュールとの間に設置され、前記一対の第1側面部のうち、一側面部を露出し、前記ベアセルを収容する内部フレームと、前記一対の平面部を露出し、前記ベアセル、保護回路モジュール及び内部フレームを収容する外部フレームと、を備える。

Claims (17)
- 向かい合う一対の第1側面部と前記第1側面部の端部と連結され、向かい合う一対の第2側面部及び向かい合う一対の平面部を備えるベアセルと、
前記ベアセルと電気的に連結される保護回路モジュールと、
前記ベアセルと前記保護回路モジュールとの間に設置され、前記一対の第1側面部のうち、一側面部を露出し、前記ベアセルを収容する内部フレームと、
前記一対の平面部を露出し、前記ベアセル、保護回路モジュール及び内部フレームを収容する外部フレームと、
を備えるバッテリパック。 - 前記一対の第2側面部のうち、一側面部には電極端子が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記外部フレームは一体型に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記内部フレームの外側の一領域及び前記内部フレームの外側の一領域に対応する前記外部フレーム内側の他の領域には互いに結合され得る少なくとも1つの結合手段を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記ベアセルの第2側面部と当接する前記内部フレームの外側に形成される突起部と、前記突起部に対応する前記外部フレームの内側に形成される溝部とを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記ベアセルの第2側面部と当接する前記内部フレームの外側に形成される溝部と、前記溝部に対応する前記外部フレームの内側に形成される突起部とを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記内部フレームの両側端部に形成される突起部と、前記突起部に対応する前記外部フレームの内側に形成される溝部とを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記内部フレームの両側端部に形成される溝部と、前記溝部に対応する前記外部フレームの内側に形成される突起部とを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記突起部は、ラウンド状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項5〜8の何れか1項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記突起部と溝部は強制嵌合により結合されることを特徴とする請求項5〜8の何れか1項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記内部フレームは、前記ベアセルの一対の平面部を更に露出し、前記内部フレームには前記ベアセルの平面部側に向かい合って延びる少なくとも一対のリブが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記ベアセルの第1側面部と当接する前記内部フレームには前記ベアセルの平面部と垂直な少なくとも1つの突出部が形成され、前記突出部に対応する位置の前記外部フレームにホールが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記保護回路モジュールは、前記内部フレームの外側に安着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記内部フレームと前記保護回路モジュールは溶接により付着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記内部フレームと前記保護回路モジュールは絶縁テープにより付着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記内部フレーム及び外部フレームは、PC(Polycarbonate)、PETG(Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol)、PE(PolyEthylene)、PP(PolyPropylene)、及びABS(Acronitrile−Butadiene−Styren)で構成される群より選択されるいずれか1つで形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記ベアセル及び前記外部フレームの外側を覆うテーピング部材を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
