Abstract
【解決手段】 炭素繊維強化プラスチック成形体(CFRP成形体)1は、炭素繊維からなる複数層の炭素繊維層2と、炭素繊維層2が埋設された樹脂体3と、炭素繊維層2間に掛け渡されるように樹脂体3に形成された複数の孔4に挿入されて固定されたピン5と、を備えている。CFRP成形体1においては、炭素繊維層2間に掛け渡されるように樹脂体3に形成された複数の孔4にピン5が挿入されて固定されることになるので、CFRP成形体1の層間靭性を向上させることができる。

Claims (7)
- 炭素繊維からなる複数層の炭素繊維層と、
前記炭素繊維層が埋設された樹脂体と、
前記炭素繊維層間に掛け渡されるように前記樹脂体に形成された複数の孔に挿入されて固定されたピンと、を備えることを特徴とする炭素繊維強化プラスチック成形体。 - 前記ピンは導電性を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の炭素繊維強化プラスチック成形体。
- 前記ピンは、軸方向に炭素繊維が配向された炭素繊維強化プラスチックによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の炭素繊維強化プラスチック成形体。
- 炭素繊維を含む複数枚のプリプレグを積層し、プリプレグ積層体を得る工程と、
前記プリプレグ間に掛け渡されるように前記プリプレグ積層体に複数の孔を形成する工程と、
前記孔にピンを挿入する工程と、
前記孔に前記ピンが挿入された状態で前記プリプレグ積層体を熱硬化させ、炭素繊維強化プラスチック成形体を得る工程と、を備えることを特徴とする炭素繊維強化プラスチック成形体の製造方法。 - 前記ピンは、前記孔に挿入される場合に、少なくとも一端部が先細りとなっていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の炭素繊維強化プラスチック成形体の製造方法。
- 前記ピンは、軸方向に炭素繊維が配向された炭素繊維強化プラスチックによって、前記孔に挿入された場合に前記孔から突出する長さに形成され、
前記炭素繊維強化プラスチックの樹脂の軟化温度又は溶融温度は、前記プリプレグの樹脂の軟化温度又は溶融温度以下の温度であることを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の炭素繊維強化プラスチック成形体の製造方法。 - 前記炭素繊維強化プラスチックの樹脂のガラス転移温度は、前記プリプレグの樹脂のガラス転移温度以下の温度であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の炭素繊維強化プラスチック成形体の製造方法。
