Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のガス充填システム1は、ガスタンク30と、ガスタンク30にガスを充填するガス充填装置2と、充填開始から所定時間(t秒)が経過するまでに変化したガスタンク30内の温度上昇量△T及び圧力上昇量△Pを算出する制御装置24と、を備える。制御装置24は、予め作成した充填速度マップ群から、算出した温度上昇量△T及び圧力上昇量△Pに基づいて充填速度マップ(Ma,Mb)を選択し、ガス充填装置2は、制御装置24が選択した充填速度マップを用いてガス充填を行う。

また、特許文献2のように、ガスタンクの形状及び容量に応じた最大充填速度値をガスステーション側のデータベースに予め登録しておき、充填時にそれを読み出す方法では、ガスタンクが開発される度にデータベースを更新する必要があり、現実的に困難である。
本実施形態のガス充填システム1及びガス充填方法では、充填の初期段階でガス充填装置2が車両3側からの情報をもとにガスタンク30の放熱性を判断することで、ガスタンク30に適した充填速度の制御を行っている。
次に、本実施形態のいくつかの変形例について説明する。なお、各変形例は単独でも本実施形態に適用することができるが、他の変形例と組み合わせて適用することができる。
図4に示すように、図3に示すステップS4〜S6に代えて、ステップS14及びS15を用いることができる。なお、図4に示すステップS11〜S13及びS16は、図3に示すステップS1〜S3及びS7と同じであるので、説明を省略する。
第1に、タンク初期圧力及びタンク初期温度が同じ条件であれば、プレクーラ温度が高いほど充填速度の値が小さくなる。例えば、タンク初期圧力が40MPa、タンク初期温度が0℃である場合、プレクーラ温度T2での充填速度は、プレクーラ温度T1での充填速度D4よりも小さい。
また、充填速度マップMb〜Miは、充填速度マップMaと同様の構成であるが、充填速度が互いに異なる。充填速度マップMa〜Miにおける各充填速度は、上記同様に、タンク初期圧力、タンク初期温度及びプレクーラ温度の各条件下において、ガスタンク30内のタンク圧力及びタンク温度が基準値を超えることなく高速充填できる充填速度を意味する。
ガス充填システム1において、タンク温度上昇量△T及びタンク圧力上昇量△Pを算出するステップ(図3のステップS3、図4のステップS13)と、その後に充填速度マップを選択するステップ(図3のステップS4〜S6、図4のステップS14及びS15)とを別々の制御装置で行うこともできる。例えば、前者の算出ステップを車両3側の制御装置46で実行し、その算出結果を通信によりガス充填装置2に伝えて制御装置24にて後者の選択ステップを実行することもできる。この場合には、上記した演算部62に相当する演算部が制御装置46にある。
第3の変形例では、プレクーラ温度を検出する温度センサ19の位置を変更してもよい。温度センサ19は、プレクーラ18とガスタンク30の上流側との間の水素ガス温度を検出できればよいので、車両3側のレセプタクル32又は充填管路34に設けられてもよく、ガス充填装置2からガスタンク3に向けて放出された後の水素ガス温度を検出してもよい。また別の態様では、温度センサ19は、充填ノズル12に設けられてもよい、充填ノズル12での水素ガス温度を検出してもよい。
Claims (11)
- ガスタンクと、当該ガスタンクにガスを充填するガス充填装置と、を備えたガス充填システムにおいて、
充填開始から所定時間が経過するまでに変化した前記ガスタンク内の温度上昇量及び圧力上昇量を算出し、予め作成した充填速度マップ群から、算出した温度上昇量及び圧力上昇量に基づいて充填速度マップを選択する制御装置を、更に備え、
前記ガス充填装置は、前記制御装置が選択した充填速度マップを用いてガス充填を行う運転制御部を有する、ガス充填システム。 - 前記運転制御部は、前記充填開始から前記所定時間が経過するまでは、一定の充填速度でガス充填を行う、請求項1に記載のガス充填システム。
- 前記制御装置は、算出した圧力上昇量に対する温度上昇量の比に基づいて、前記充填速度マップを選択する、請求項1又は2に記載のガス充填システム。
- 前記充填速度マップ群は、前記比が小さいほど充填速度が大きくなるように、個々の充填速度マップを構成している、請求項3に記載のガス充填システム。
- 前記ガス充填装置は、
ガス供給源と、
前記ガス供給源と前記ガスタンクとの間に設けられ、当該ガス供給源からのガスを冷却する冷却装置と、を有しており、
前記制御装置は、前記冷却装置により冷却されたガスの温度にも基づいて、前記充填速度マップを選択する、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載のガス充填システム。 - 外気温センサを更に備え、
前記制御装置は、前記外気温センサが検出した外気温にも基づいて、前記充填速度マップを選択する、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のガス充填システム。 - 前記制御装置が選択した充填速度マップを用いて前記ガスタンクへの充填が行われている旨又は行われた旨を表示する表示装置を、更に備えた、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載のガス充填システム。
- 前記ガスタンクは、車両に搭載され、且つ、前記制御装置は、前記ガス充填装置に設けられており、
当該ガス充填システムは、前記車両側で取得される前記ガスタンク内の温度及び圧力の情報を通信により前記ガス充填装置側の前記制御装置に伝える通信手段を、更に備えた、請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載のガス充填システム。 - 前記通信手段による通信履歴を記憶する記憶装置を、更に備えた、請求項8に記載のガス充填システム。
- 請求項8又は9に記載のガス充填システムに用いられる車両において、
前記ガスタンク内の温度及び圧力の情報を取得する温度センサ及び圧力センサと、
前記通信手段の一部としての通信機であって、前記温度センサ及び圧力センサで取得した情報を前記ガス充填装置側の通信機に送信する通信機と、を備えた、車両。 - ガス充填装置からガスタンクにガスを充填するガス充填方法において、
前記ガス充填装置によるガス充填を開始するステップと、
充填開始から所定時間が経過するまでに変化した前記ガスタンク内の温度上昇量及び圧力上昇量を算出するステップと、
予め作成した充填速度マップ群から、算出した温度上昇量及び圧力上昇量に基づいて充填速度マップを選択するステップと、
選択した充填速度マップを用いて、前記ガス充填装置によるガス充填を行うステップと、を備えた、ガス充填方法。
