Abstract
【解決手段】内周面に外輪軌道を有する外輪と、外周面に内輪軌道を有する内輪と、上記外輪軌道と内輪軌道との間に転動自在に設けた複数の転動体と、上記外輪の外周面にこの外周面から凹入した状態で、且つ、溝底面の中心軸をこの外輪の中心軸に対し偏心させた状態で形成した偏心周溝と、弾性を有する欠円環状の止め輪と、円筒状の内周面を有するハウジングとを備え、上記偏心周溝の内側に上記止め輪を嵌装した状態で、この止め輪を上記ハウジングの内周面に内嵌固定して成る転がり軸受のクリープ防止装置に於いて、上記止め輪は、ポリアミド9T製であり、且つ、ガラス繊維を含まない。

Description
ところで、ハウジングの材料として広く用いられるアルミニウム合金の熱膨張率は、転がり軸受の外輪を構成する軸受鋼の熱膨張率よりも大きい。この為、アルミニウム合金製のハウジングに転がり軸受を内環固定した場合、温度上昇時に上記ハウジングに対する外輪の締め代が低下、もしくは喪失し、ハウジングの内側で外輪が回転する、所謂クリープが発生すると共に、転がり軸受による回転支持部にがたつきが発生する場合がある。しかも、クリープが発生した場合、上記外輪の回転に伴ってハウジングの内周面が摩耗して上記がたつきが次第に大きくなる傾向がある。

Claims (1)
- 内周面に外輪軌道を有する外輪と、
外周面に内輪軌道を有する内輪と、
上記外輪軌道と内輪軌道との間に転動自在に設けた複数の転動体と、
上記外輪の外周面にこの外周面から凹入した状態で、且つ、溝底面の中心軸をこの外輪の中心軸に対し偏心させた状態で形成した偏心周溝と、
弾性を有する欠円環状の止め輪と、
円筒状の内周面を有するハウジングとを備え、
上記偏心周溝の内側に上記止め輪を嵌装した状態で、この止め輪を上記ハウジングの内周面に内嵌固定して成る転がり軸受のクリープ防止装置に於いて、
上記止め輪は、ポリアミド9T製であり、且つ、ガラス繊維を含まない事を特徴とする転がり軸受のクリープ防止装置。
