Abstract
【解決手段】 LED照明装置1は、冷却パネル2の片面に多数のLEDチップ11を具備するLED発光ユニット10が取り付けられ、冷却パネル2とガラス板等の透光板8との間に、スペーサ7が一次シール材30を介して接合され、各スペーサ7の外側に二次シール材9が設けられ、冷却パネル2および透光板8の長辺側にチャンネル形の左右側枠部材13,13が、二次シール材9,9を覆うように嵌め被せられ、冷却パネル2および透光板8の前後両端部が二次シール材9,9を覆う蓋材14,14によって塞がれている。

Claims (7)
- 平面よりみて略方形のアルミニウム製の冷却パネルの片面に、多数の発光ダイオード(LED)チップを具備するLED発光ユニットが取り付けられ、該LED発光ユニットのLEDチップをそれぞれ囲むようにリフレクタが取り付けられ、冷却パネルの左右両側縁寄り部分および前後両側縁寄り部分に、それぞれスペーサが一次シール材を介して接合され、冷却パネルのLEDチップ取付面に対向するように透光板が配置されて、透光板の左右両側縁寄り部分および前後両側縁寄り部分が、それぞれ上記各スペーサに一次シール材を介して接合され、各スペーサの外側において、冷却パネルの側縁部と透光板の側縁部との間に形成された空隙部に二次シール材が、冷却パネルおよび透光板の全周にわたって充填され、冷却パネルの左右両側縁部、透光板の左右両側縁部、および左右両二次シール材に、チャンネル形の左右側枠部材がそれぞれ嵌被せ状に取り付けられ、冷却パネルおよび透光板の前後両端部において前後二次シール材を覆う蓋材が取り付けられていることを特徴とする、LED照明装置。
- 冷却パネルが、アルミニウム中空押出形材製であり、冷却パネルの他面に中空部が設けられ、該中空部を流通する冷却用流体によって、パネルが冷却されるようになされている、請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。
- アルミニウム中空押出形材製の冷却パネルの中空部に、銅製通水管が拡管されて挿通されている、請求項2に記載のLED照明装置。
- 冷却パネルが、アルミニウム押出形材製であり、冷却パネルの他面に銅製通水管を嵌め止める横断面略C形の嵌合部が設けられ、該嵌合部に、銅製通水管が嵌込み状に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。
- 冷却パネルが、放熱基板とこれの片面に一体に設けられた並列状のフィンとよりなるアルミニウム押出形材製であり、放熱基板および並列状フィンに接触して流通する外部空気によって、パネルが冷却されるようになされている、請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。
- 平面よりみて略方形のアルミニウム製の冷却パネルの片面に、多数の発光ダイオード(LED)チップを具備するLED発光ユニットを取り付けるとともに、該LED発光ユニットのLEDチップをそれぞれ囲むようにリフレクタを取り付ける工程と、冷却パネルの左右両側縁寄り部分および前後両側縁寄り部分に、それぞれスペーサを一次シール材を介して接合し、ついで、冷却パネルのLEDチップ取付面に対向するように透光板を配置して、透光板の左右両側縁寄り部分および前後両側縁寄り部分を、それぞれ上記各スペーサに一次シール材を介して接合する工程と、各スペーサの外側において、冷却パネルの側縁部と透光板の側縁部との間に形成された空隙部に二次シール材を、冷却パネルおよび透光板の全周にわたって充填する工程と、冷却パネルの左右両側縁部、透光板の左右両側縁部、および左右両二次シール材に、チャンネル形の左右側枠部材をそれぞれ嵌被せ状に取り付ける工程と、冷却パネルおよび透光板の前後両端部において前後二次シール材を覆う蓋材を取り付ける工程とを含むことを特徴とする、LED照明装置の製造方法。
- 植物栽培工場、道路、スタジアム、スタジオ、あるいはまた劇場の照明としての請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のLED照明装置の使用。
