Abstract
Description
本発明は、添付の図面を参照して、以下の記載において詳細に説明される。
湿気および圧力洗浄耐性であり、
耐食性であり、
植物を遮ることのない、光透過性であり、
耐熱性であり、かつそれ自身過剰な熱を与えず、
巻上げ、または吊上げることが可能であり、
UV光耐性であり、
空気透過性であり、
設置および維持し易く、
環境に優しく、エネルギ効率がよく(リサイクル可能性および再利用)、
規格および職業安全規制に従っていなければならない。
Claims (10)
- 織編物構造に接続する照明配置であって、機械製造された織編物構造(1)と係合して設けられる電気ワイヤシステム(2)を有し、該電気ワイヤシステムが、電気ワイヤシステムと電気的に結合され、本質的に網状の照明効果を創出するために互いに間隔をあけて織編物構造の長手方向(s)および/または側方方向(p)に、LEDなどの、少なくとも照明機能を提供する電気部品と、該電気部品を動作させる制御・電力供給システムとを有する、照明配置において、
該照明配置は、植物の育成を対象としたような、高湿度条件で特に有用であり、まず第一に、電気ワイヤのリボン、ストリングなどの、実質的に扁平であり、いわゆる回路基板技術に基づくワイヤ要素(2a)であって、製造プロセス中に前記電気部品(2b)が設けられるとともに、全面保護用の包装要素(2c)が設けられたワイヤ要素(2a)によって製造された、電気ワイヤシステムを有し、一方、前記ワイヤ要素は、機械編成を用いるインレイ技術によって、織編物編地構造(1;1’)内部に一体化されることを特徴とする照明配置。 - 前記電気部品(2b)は、最も好ましくは表面実装技術によって、少なくとも動的動作を可能にするワイヤ要素(2a)の、プラスチックベースの、ポリアミド、ポリエステルなどで製造した基材(2a1)で裏打ちし、実質的にその全長にわたって連続的に延在する導電層(2a2)上に実装され、このアセンブリが、押出し成形などの連続製造プロセスを利用することによって、pvc、オレフィンベースなどのプラスチック製の包装材(2c)で完全に覆われ、ワイヤ要素(2a)は、防湿バヨネット結合によって、編地構造(1;1’)と係合して連結される、制御・電力供給線(3;3aおよび/または3b)と結合されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の照明配置。
- 照明配置と関連する編地構造(1;1’)は、緯糸挿入編地(1’a)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の照明配置。
- 照明配置と関連する編地構造(1;1’)は、経糸挿入編地(1’b)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の照明配置。
- 照明配置に関連する編地構造(1;1’)は、多軸方向インレイ編地を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の照明配置。
- LEDなどに加えて、ワイヤ要素の電気部品(2b)は、少なくとも温度、湿度、色および/または光を監視するための測定センサを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の照明配置。
- 照明配置に関連する編地構造(1;1’)は、スペーサファブリックまたはメッシュなどの、標準架橋構造、メッシュ構造および/または多層構造から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の照明配置。
- 照明配置に関連する編地構造(1;1’)は、1以上の外縁部、1以上の導電線(3aおよび/または3b)などの制御および/または電力供給システム(3)などと、照明装置に接続して係合した、ポリマベースの織編物メッシュを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の照明配置。
- 照明配置に関連する編地構造(1;1’)の材料は、紡績による短繊維もしくはフィラメント繊維から生産される糸、および/または裁断によるシートもしくはフィルムから生産されるリボンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の照明配置。
- 照明配置は、少なくともいくつかの電気ワイヤシステムの一致するインレイワイヤ要素を背中合わせの関係で配置することによって、編地構造(1;1’)の両側に照明を提供するように構成され、少なくともいくつかの電気ワイヤシステムは、インレイワイヤ要素(2a)を側方方向または長手方向にオフセットして、反対方向に、および/または類似の様式で照明を提供することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の照明配置。
