Claims (5)
- 特に、診断目的で血液サンプルの採取用の患者皮膚穿刺装置であって、
ハウジング(1)、
前記ハウジング(1)内にスライド可能に配置されて、かつ、その中に着座する鞘付穿刺針(4)を有する本体(3)を持つ、ランセット、及び
前記ハウジング(1)の1つの端部に配置されたプッシュ・ボタン(2)を具備して、
前記プッシュ・ボタン(2)の面の端部と前記ランセット本体(3)との間に駆動バネ(5)が配置され、前記鞘付き穿刺針(4)用の開口(1a)を持つ、前記ハウジング(1)のもう1つの端部と前記ランセット本体(3)の間に、戻しバネ(7)が配置されて、前記ハウジング(1)と前記ランセット本体(3)の間に、ランセット作動ロック手段が配置される、患者皮膚穿刺装置において、
穿刺フェーズ、及び前記ランセットの引込みフェーズで、前記駆動バネ(5)が前記ランセットに追従するのを防止する、駆動バネ捕獲手段を持つことを特徴とする、患者皮膚穿刺装置。 - 前記駆動バネ捕獲手段は、前記ハウジング(1)、及び前記プッシュ・ボタン(2)から選択された1つの部材と一体的に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の患者皮膚穿刺装置。
- 前記駆動バネ捕獲手段は、当該装置と分離した付加的部材と一体的に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の患者皮膚穿刺装置。
- 前記駆動バネ捕獲手段、及び前記ランセット作動ロック手段は、当該装置の同一部材に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2、3のいずれか1に記載の患者皮膚穿刺装置。
- 当該装置の前記部材は、皮膚穿刺後、前記駆動バネ(5)を張った状態に保持する、寸法と相互配置を持つことを特徴とする、請求項1−5のいずれか1に記載の患者皮膚穿刺装置。
