Claims (13)
- 傾いて支持された振動スクリーンを設け、
該振動スクリーン上に膨張したパーライトを置き、
膨張したパーライトをアニールするのに十分な温度に膨張したパーライトを加熱する速度で、膨張したパーライトをスクリーンの上を移動させてバーナーを通過させ、
膨張したパーライトを移動させてバーナーから離れさせ、そして
膨張したパーライトを冷却する
ことからなることを特徴とする膨張したパーライトの水要求度を減らす方法。 - 該第1の移動工程が、スクリーンを振動して膨張したパーライトを移動させる請求項1の方法。
- 該振動工程が、偏心振動機および偏向要素を利用してスクリーンを振動することからなる請求項2の方法。
- 偏向要素がスプリングからなる請求項3の方法。
- 該膨張したパーライトが約3−約8Lb/ft3(約48−約128kg/m3)の密度を有する請求項1の方法。
- 該第2の移動工程が、膨張したパーライトを加熱空気流中に随伴することを含む請求項1の方法。
- 膨張したパーライトの回収をさらに含む請求項1の方法。
- 該設定工程の角度が、水平面から約30−約50度である請求項1の方法。
- 請求項1の方法によりパーライトをアニールし、
硫酸カルシウム半水和物、アニールしたパーライト、添加物および水のスラリーをつくり、
スラリーを石膏製品の形状へ形成し、そして
硫酸カルシウム半水和物を硬化させる
ことからなることを特徴とする石膏製品を製造する方法。 - 表面仕上げ材の少なくとも2枚のシートの間にスラリーを注いでサンドウィッチ状物を形成することをさらに含む請求項10の方法。
- サンドウィッチ状物をスクリードバーの下を通してそれを均一な厚さへ圧縮することをさらに含む請求項10の方法。
- 該形成工程が、スラリーの水フェルト化および注型化からなる群の1つである請求項9の方法。
- 石膏製品の乾燥をさらに含む請求項9の方法。
