Abstract
【解決手段】LED照明装置1は、赤、緑、青色LEDチップ41〜43をそれぞれ4個づつ円形の基板3上に備え、これら各色LEDチップにより照射光を発生する。各赤色LEDチップ41の中心は基板3の中心点P1を中心とする第一の円44の円周上に、各青色LEDチップの中心は、第一の円44と同心で第一の円44より大きな第二の円45の円周上に、各緑色LEDチップの中心は、第一の円44と第二の円45とで囲まれた領域にそれぞれ配置される。これにより、照射パターン周辺に輝度差と色度差の判断が最も難しい青色の色相のみが配光されるようになり、照射パターンの周辺近傍における色むらを生じ難くすることができる。

Claims (5)
- 複数の赤色LEDチップと、複数の青色LEDチップと、前記とは他の色の複数のLEDチップとを基板の上に配置してなるLED照明装置であって、
前記複数の赤色LEDチップのそれぞれの中心は、前記基板上の任意の点を中心とする第一の円の円周上に配置され、前記複数の青色LEDチップのそれぞれの中心は、前記第一の円と同心で該第一の円より大きな第二の円の円周上に配置され、他の色の複数のLEDチップのそれぞれの中心は、前記第一の円と第二の円とで囲まれた領域に配置されることを特徴とするLED照明装置。 - 前記各LEDチップをそれぞれ覆う封止部はチップ毎に独立した釣鐘形状を有しており、
前記各封止部表面と前記各LEDチップの光軸とが交差する箇所の近傍における封止部の曲率は、青色LEDチップを覆うものが、赤色LEDチップを覆うものより小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。 - 前記各LEDチップを覆う封止部はチップ全体を覆うと共に、光拡散剤を含有するものであり、
前記封止部は、前記第一の円の中心近傍よりも周辺近傍における拡散剤濃度が大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。 - 前記各LEDチップの光照射側に光を拡散する拡散部材を有し、
前記拡散部材は、前記第一の円の中心近傍よりも周辺近傍における拡散性が大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。 - 前記各LEDチップの光照射側に反射板を有し、前記反射板の内壁が釣鐘形状を有しており、
前記反射板とLEDチップ出射面とが交差する箇所の近傍における反射板表面の曲率は、青色LEDチップ周辺のものが、赤色LEDチップ周辺のものより小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。
