Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a displacement and tilt angle measuring device used for, for example, an inspection device for an electromagnetically driven lens driving device used in a camera module for a mobile phone.
In recent years, in a camera mounted on a mobile phone, the number of pixels of an image sensor has been increased, and the quality of captured images has been increasing.
The lens mounted on the camera is also required to have a high resolution corresponding to the resolution of the high-pixel-number image sensor. However, the conventional fixed-focus camera module causes defocusing, so sufficient resolution can be obtained. There wasn't. Therefore, in recent years, a movable focus type camera module has been adopted instead of the fixed focus type camera module.
As a lens driving method in the movable focus type camera module, a coil motor type

As the permanent magnet 52, a cylindrical magnet or a plurality of arc-shaped magnets arranged in an annular shape on the inner wall side of the yoke 51 is used.
Since the drive coil 55 is installed in a magnetic field that is applied by the yoke 51 and the permanent magnet 52 and is distributed radially around the coil, when the drive coil 55 is energized, A Lorentz force directed toward a subject (not shown) indicated by an

However, conventionally, the measurement of the amount of displacement and the measurement of the amount of tilt are separated into two measuring steps, a measuring step using the displacement measuring device 60 and a measuring step using the tilt measuring device 70, respectively. For this reason, since similar operations such as installation and measurement of the object to be measured 50 on the measuring devices 60 and 70 are repeated, there is a problem that the measurement time becomes long.
Further, since it is necessary to prepare a driving power source for driving the object to be measured separately for each measurement process, the cost of the apparatus has increased.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the conventional problems, and in the measurement process of an object to be measured such as a lens driving device, the displacement and inclination measurement capable of simultaneously measuring the displacement amount and the inclination amount. An object is to provide an apparatus.
The present invention is a displacement and inclination measuring device for simultaneously measuring the amount of displacement and the amount of inclination of an object to be measured, the first light source for irradiating a linearly polarized first light beam, and the first light source A second light source that irradiates a second light beam that is linearly polarized in a direction orthogonal to the light beam; a polarization beam splitter that transmits or reflects the first and second light beams to irradiate the object to be measured; and A displacement sensor that receives the reflected light of the first light beam reflected from the measurement object and detects the amount of displacement of the measurement object, and the reflected light of the second light beam reflected from the measurement object. An inclination sensor for detecting an inclination angle of the object to be measured, and the second light source irradiates the second light beam in a direction different from the irradiation direction of the first light beam, and the polarization beam splitter. Are the first and second lights incident from different directions By reflecting the other is transmitted through one of, said emitted first and second beams in the same direction, and irradiating the object to be measured direction.
Here, the same direction does not indicate only the case where the emission direction of the first light beam and the emission direction of the second light beam coincide with each other, but the emission direction of the first light beam and the above-described emission of the second light beam. The case where the angle difference with the direction is within a narrow angle range of 10 ° or less is indicated.
Thereby, since the displacement amount and the inclination amount of the object to be measured can be measured simultaneously, the working time can be shortened and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
In addition, if the present invention is used as a measuring device that measures the amount of displacement or tilt of the lens holder when the driving coil is energized in the manufacturing process of the lens driving device, the calculation of the power source device or computer of the lens driving device Since the processing apparatus can be shared, the measuring apparatus can be manufactured at low cost.

The displacement measuring light source 11 emits a linearly polarized first light beam. In this example, a P wave is used as the first light beam. The P wave is a light beam whose polarization direction is parallel to the paper surface of FIG. A light beam whose polarization direction is perpendicular to the paper surface of FIG. 1 is called an S wave. As the displacement measuring light source 11, for example, a laser light source is used.
The
The polarization beam splitter 13 transmits or reflects polarized incident light. Here, the transmission surface and the reflection surface are set so as to transmit the P wave and reflect the S wave. The transmitted P wave is emitted from the polarization beam splitter 13 as it is without changing the traveling direction.
On the other hand, the reflected S wave is reflected by the reflecting surface of the polarization beam splitter 13. At this time, for example, when the S wave is incident at an angle of 45 ° with respect to the reflection surface, the reflection angle is also 45 °, so the S wave is emitted in a direction shifted by 90 ° from the incident direction.
Here, if the incident direction of the P wave and the incident direction of the S wave are shifted by 90 °, the P wave and the S wave are emitted from the polarization beam splitter 13 in the same direction.

The optical path / polarization conversion means 36 converts the polarization direction of the incident light beam into a direction orthogonal to the incident light beam, and converts the direction of the incident light beam into a direction opposite to the incident direction. That is, the first total reflection mirror 36a and the second total reflection mirror 36c totally reflect the incident light and advance the direction of the reflected light by 90 ° clockwise with respect to the incident direction. The plate 36b converts the polarization direction of the linearly polarized incident light into a direction orthogonal to the polarization direction of the incident light.
Assuming that the incident light beam is a P wave that is the first light beam, the light path / polarization conversion means 36 linearly polarizes the polarization direction in the direction orthogonal to the P wave and the traveling direction is shifted by 90 ° from the P wave. S wave (second light beam) is output.

In addition, the light source of the measurement light source 31 in the second embodiment described above does not necessarily directly emit linearly polarized light. After emitting circularly polarized light from the light source, the quarter wavelength is emitted.
As described above, by using the displacement and
In addition, since the displacement amount and the tilt amount of the object to be measured 50 can be measured simultaneously, the working time can be shortened, and the
In the above example, the S wave emitted from the first polarization beam splitter 42A is inverted to the half mirror 46 and the total reflection mirror 47 and is incident on the second polarization beam splitter 42B. For example, the angle of the reflection surface of the half mirror 46 or the total reflection mirror 47 is appropriately changed to reverse the traveling direction of the S wave emitted from the first polarization beam splitter 42A, and the second It may be made to enter the polarizing beam splitter 42B. Moreover, it is good also as a structure which uses two or more total reflection mirrors.
In addition, the light source of the measurement light source 41 in the third embodiment described above does not necessarily directly emit circularly polarized light or elliptically polarized light. After emitting linearly polarized light from the light source, 4 minutes are emitted. The light source may be converted into circularly polarized light or elliptically polarized light by a polarizing plate such as a single wavelength plate.
