Abstract
【解決手段】広い半価幅を持つハロシリケート蛍光体及びこの蛍光体を含む白色発光素子。かかる白色発光素子は、演色性に優れている。

Description
式1;2CaO・SiO2・1.2CaCl2:0.025Eu2+の製造
固相反応法を使用して製造した。すなわち、原料粉末CaCO3 6.66g、SiO2 2g、及びEu2O3 0.30gを、乳鉢を利用して30分間混合した。混合された粉末をアルミナ反応容器に入れて、大気下で1000℃で5時間熱処理してCa2SiO4:Eu2+ 5.73gを得た。前記Ca2SiO4:Eu2+ 5.73gとCaCl2・2H2O 5.87gとを、乳鉢を利用して30分ほど混合し、最終的にH2/N2(体積比)=5/95雰囲気下、1000℃で8時間焼成した。焼成が終わったサンプルを乳鉢で粉砕し、常温の蒸溜水で粉末を洗浄して上記式1の蛍光体粉末を得た。得られた蛍光体の発光スペクトルで、半価幅は200nmであった。
式2;2CaO・SiO2・1.7CaCl2:0.025Eu2+の製造
前記実施例1と同様の方法でCa2SiO4:Eu2+ 5.73gを得た。前記Ca2SiO4:Eu2+ 5.73gとCaCl2・2H2O 8.7gとを、乳鉢を利用して30分ほど混合し、最終的にH2/N2(体積比)=5/95雰囲気下、1000℃で8時間焼成した。焼成が終わったサンプルを乳鉢で粉砕し、常温の蒸溜水で粉末を洗浄して上記式2の蛍光体粉末を得た。得られた蛍光体の発光スペクトルで、半価幅は165nmであった。
式3;2CaO・SiO2・2.1CaCl2:0.025Eu2+の製造
前記実施例1と同様の方法でCa2SiO4:Eu2+ 5.73gを得た。前記Ca2SiO4:Eu2+ 5.73gとCaCl2・2H2O 10.7gとを、乳鉢を利用して30分ほど混合し、最終的にH2/N2(体積比)=5/95雰囲気下、1000℃で8時間焼成した。焼成が終わったサンプルを乳鉢で粉砕し、常温の蒸溜水で粉末を洗浄して上記式3の蛍光体粉末を得た。得られた蛍光体の発光スペクトルで、半価幅は130nmであった。
式4;Ca3SiO4Cl2:Eu2+の製造
固相反応法を使用して製造した。すなわち、原料粉末CaCO3 6.66g、SiO2 2g、CaCl2・2H2O 5.00g及びEu2O3 0.30gを、乳鉢を利用して30分間混合した。混合された粉末をアルミナ反応容器に入れて、H2/N2(体積比)=5/95雰囲気下、1000℃で8時間焼成した。焼成が終わったサンプルを乳鉢で粉砕し、常温の蒸溜水で粉末を洗浄して上記式4の蛍光体粉末を得た。得られた蛍光体の発光スペクトルで、半価幅は100nmであった。
式5;Y3Al5O12:Ce3+の製造
固相反応法を使用して製造した。すなわち、原料粉末Y2O3 4.00g、Al2O3 3.20g及びCeO2 0.34gを、乳鉢を利用して30分間混合した。混合された粉末をアルミナ反応容器に入れて、H2/N2(体積比)=5/95雰囲気下、1400℃で6時間焼成した。焼成が終わったサンプルを乳鉢で粉砕し、常温の蒸溜水で粉末を洗浄して上記式5の蛍光体粉末を得た。得られた蛍光体の発光スペクトルで、半価幅は120nmであった。
式6;Sr2SiO4:Eu2+の製造
固相反応法を使用して製造した。すなわち、原料粉末SrCO3 8.00g、SiO2 1.65g、及びEu2O3 0.12gを、乳鉢を利用して30分間混合した。混合された粉末をアルミナ反応容器に入れて、H2/N2(体積比)=5/95雰囲気下、1300℃で6時間焼成した。焼成が終わったサンプルを乳鉢で粉砕し、常温の蒸溜水で粉末を洗浄して上記式6の蛍光体粉末を得た。得られた蛍光体の発光スペクトルで、半価幅は100nmであった。

50 エポキシモールド(エポキシモルディング)層、
60 成形モールド、
70 エポキシドームレンズ。
Claims (10)
- 下記化学式1のハロシリケート蛍光体:
M1は、Sr2+及びBa2+のうち選択される少なくとも1つであり、
M2は、Si4+及びGe4+のうち選択される少なくとも1つであり、
M3は、Ca2+、Sr2+及びBa2+のうち選択される少なくとも1つであり、
M4は、Eu2+、Mn2+、Sb2+、Ce3+、Pr3+、Nd3+、Sm3+、Tb3+、Dy3+、Ho3+、Er3+、Yb3+及びBi3+のうち選択される少なくとも1つであり、
Aは、F−、Cl−、Br−、またはI−のうち選択される少なくとも1つであり、
0≦x<1、
1.8≦p≦2.2、0.8≦q≦1.2、1<r/q<3及び0<s<0.5である。 - 前記ハロシリケート蛍光体の発光スペクトルで、半価幅が125ないし220nmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハロシリケート蛍光体。
- 発光ダイオードと、
請求項1または2のうちいずれか1項に記載のハロシリケート蛍光体と、を含むことを特徴とする白色発光素子。 - 前記発光ダイオードは、青色またはUV発光ダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の白色発光素子。
- 青色蛍光体、緑色蛍光体及び赤色蛍光体から選択された一つ以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の白色発光素子。
- 前記青色蛍光体は、(Sr,Ba,Ca)5(PO4)3Cl:Eu2+、BaMg2Al16O27:Eu2+、Sr4Al14O25:Eu2+、BaAl8O13:Eu2+、BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+、Sr2Si3O8・2SrCl2:Eu2+、Ba3MgSi2O8:Eu2+及び(Sr,Ca)10(PO4)6・nB2O3:Eu2+よりなる群から選択された一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の白色発光素子。
- 前記緑色蛍光体は、(Ba,Sr,Ca)2SiO4:Eu2+、Ba2MgSi2O7:Eu2+、Ba2ZnSi2O7:Eu2+、BaAl2O4:Eu2+、SrAl2O4:Eu2+、BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+,Mn2+及びBaMg2Al16O27:Eu2+,Mn2+よりなる群から選択された一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の白色発光素子。
- 前記赤色蛍光体は、(Ba,Sr,Ca)2Si5N8:Eu2+、(Sr,Ca)AlSiN3:Eu2+、Y2O3:Eu3+,Bi3+、(Ca,Sr)S:Eu2+、CaLa2S4:Ce3+、(Sr,Ca,Ba)2P2O7:Eu2+,Mn2+、(Ca,Sr)10(PO4)6(F,Cl):Eu2+,Mn2+、(Y,Lu)2WO6:Eu3+,Mo6+、(Gd,Y,Lu,La)2O3:Eu3+,Bi3+、(Gd,Y,Lu,La)2O2S:Eu3+,Bi3+、(Gd,Y,Lu,La)BO3:Eu3+,Bi3+、(Gd,Y,Lu,La)(P,V)O4:Eu3+,Bi3+及び(Ba,Sr,Ca)MgP2O7:Eu2+,Mn2+よりなる群から選択された一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の白色発光素子。
- 前記ハロシリケート蛍光体の放出スペクトルのピーク波長は、520ないし670nmであることを特徴とする請求項3〜8のいずれか1項に記載の白色発光素子。
- 前記白色発光素子は、信号灯、通信機器の光源、ディスプレイ装置のバックライトまたは照明用であることを特徴とする請求項3〜9のいずれか1項に記載の白色発光素子。
