[Long-term reliability experiments]
The test which preserve | saves the solid electrolytic capacitor produced in each Example and each comparative example at about 105 degreeC for about 500 hours was done. The initial value of ESR of the solid electrolytic capacitor was 100%, and the increase rate of ESR was calculated as follows. The ESR was measured using an LCR meter at a frequency of about 100 kHz.
ESR increase rate (%) = (ESR value after storage test / ESR value before storage test) × 100
In addition, the initial value of the capacitance was set to 100%, and the capacitance retention rate was calculated as follows. The capacitance was measured using an LCR meter at a frequency of about 120 Hz.

Capacitance maintenance rate (%) = (Capacitance after storage test / Capacitance before storage test) × 100
The measurement results are shown in Table 1.
The solid electrolytic capacitors A1 to A3 and X1 to X2 form two conductive polymer layers as the electrolyte layer. The solid electrolytic capacitors A4 to A7 and X3 to X4 form three conductive polymer layers as the electrolyte layer.
As apparent from the comparison between the solid electrolytic capacitors A1 to A3 of the example and the solid electrolytic capacitors X1 to X2 of the comparative example, and the comparison of the solid electrolytic capacitors A4 to A7 of the example and the solid electrolytic capacitors X3 to X4 of the comparative example. In addition, it can be seen that, according to the present invention, the ESR increase rate after a storage test under high temperature conditions can be suppressed by incorporating a nonionic surfactant into the second conductive polymer layer in contact with the cathode layer.
Further, when the electrolyte layer is formed of three conductive polymer layers, as is clear from the comparison between the solid electrolytic capacitors A4 and A5, the first conductive polymer layer in contact with the dielectric layer has a nonionic interface. It turns out that the fall of the electrostatic capacitance in the storage characteristic under high temperature conditions can be suppressed by containing an activator.
Further, from comparison between the solid electrolytic capacitors A4 and A6, it is found that the first conductive polymer layer in contact with the dielectric layer is preferably formed from polyethylene dioxythiophene (PEDOT).
Further, from the comparison between the solid electrolytic capacitors A4 and A7, when three or more conductive polymer layers are formed, the first conductive polymer layer in contact with the dielectric layer and the second conductive high layer in contact with the cathode layer are used. It turns out that it is preferable not to contain a nonionic surfactant in the 3rd conductive polymer layer arrange | positioned between molecular layers.

The obtained solid electrolytic capacitors B1 to B16 were subjected to a long-term reliability test in the same manner as described above, and the increase rate of ESR and the maintenance rate of capacitance were measured. The measurement results are shown in Tables 2 and 3. Tables 2 and 3 also show the measurement results of the solid electrolytic capacitor A4.
As shown in Tables 2 and 3, the solid electrolytic capacitors B1 to B16 have a higher ESR increase rate and a higher capacitance maintenance rate than the comparative solid electrolytic capacitor X3 shown in Table 1. It has become. Therefore, it can be seen that it exhibits good storage characteristics under high temperature conditions and is excellent in long-term reliability.
In particular, as shown in Table 2, the content of the nonionic surfactant in the second conductive polymer layer on the cathode layer side (second conductive polymer layer in contact with the cathode layer) is about 0. In the range of 0.01 wt% to about 1.0 wt%, a particularly low ESR increase rate is obtained, indicating that the high temperature storage characteristics, that is, long-term reliability are particularly excellent.
Further, as is clear from the results shown in Table 3, the nonionic surfactant in the first conductive polymer layer on the dielectric layer (the first conductive polymer layer in contact with the dielectric layer) When the content is in the range of about 0.001 wt% to about 0.05 wt%, the increase rate of ESR is low and the capacitance maintenance rate is further high, and high temperature storage characteristics, that is, long-term reliability It turns out that it is especially excellent.
